For my trip this location was suitable but the service quality was in average level.

Basic rooms, but convenient as it’s very close to LCY. Easy access to Prince Regent DLR station.

Not as noisy as people say in the review. Typical travelodge.

The price is not expensive, good location. However, it is quite noisy cuz the airport is nearby.

広くて清潔、空港の近所なので早朝のフライトなど✈️に便利な立地 周辺はとても静かで落ち着いてます♪ 何より清潔で広い部屋は最高。

런던시티공항을 이용하기 위해 묶었던 호텔이어서 가깝고 좋았다. 다만 인터넷을 하기 위해서는 3파운드의 요금을 따로 지불해야 했다. 그것이 별로 기분을 좋지 않게 만들었다.

Overall experience was brilliant. The room was great very comfortable definitely got more than what we paid for. The food exceeded my expectations definitely worth the money. Special shout out to Dan who served me and my partner tonight he was a great host and servant. Big up yourself Dan

Enjoyed my stay here everything was clean and staff were nice. Thank you to Sham and Ali for being so nice and hospitable. Would recommend to friends and family to come here. Second time coming to this same place and nothing experiences have been great nothing bad to say at all.

Lovely hotel of choice. Staff are always helpful. It was lovely to see that Nicky was still here. On this visit Dan was particularly helpful going out of his way to help and another staff member kindly helped me with paying for my parking on arrival.

I stayed here for Megacon London in January, but have only just gotten round to leaving a review. We opted for early check in, as we didn’t want to lug our luggage all the way around London for an entire afternoon, the employee who checked us in was absolutely lovely, as were all of the staff who we interacted with. Unfortunately, there were issues with transport as the DLR was down whilst we were there, obviously that’s not the fault of the hotel or the staff, but they were really helpful with giving us the best route to the ExCel center, which is only a 20 minute walk away! My room was spotless, clean and airy. Even though we were facing the direction of the runway, there was no noise disturbance at all! I’d absolutely stay here again, it was so cool how the employees genuinely seemed interested in seeing everyone’s cosplays, and the positive reactions we got, and saw other con goers receive from them really made our days even better! If I could, I’d give more stars! :D

Shocking.. Me and my family stayed for the convenience that it was on the airports door step. What a wrong choice that was! Was checked in by a young boy, I believe Ron? Might be mistaken.. Very polite and well mannered couldn't of done more for us at breakfast service and even allowed us to keep a suitcase so we could explore the local area. The manager however.. Extremely rude! Spoke down to staff and was not pleasant at all, more interested in getting her own breakfast then the guests who were waiting! Back again next month, think we will give London Excel a go. Travelodge - Fix your management!

Great atmosphere the staff really made us feel welcome and at home. We had dinner in the bar area Dan was hilarious and the food was good. Great night before our flight the next morning. Unfortunately we were on an early flight so didn’t have the chance to have breakfast.

Brilliant customer service from Dan, Carine, AJ & Charlotte. Honestly, brilliant. Just staying before a flight out of city airport tomorrow and I’ve stayed in some of the best hotels in the world yet the service was as you’d expect at a 5* hotel at our £100 a night Travelodge. Very friendly, nothing an issue and all good fun & brilliant with our little one. We had forgotten our suitcase lock key, AJ at reception helped us to sort. Dinner service was brilliant with our host Dan & checkin very friendly from Carine and Charlene. Gave us a higher room facing the airport for our little one to watch the planes too. Thank you guys, brilliant stay.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and pleasant. My host Charlene was an angel, such a lovely person. The breakfast options by Chef Liam was tasty, vast and satisfying. The reception staff were welcoming and listened to all concerns which was promptly addressed. Shumsi was also very helpful.
