Overall stay was great. The pool had a a maintenance issue which was a let down for our stay but apart from that I would stay again

Fantastic time at this hotel, brilliant customer service and we got upgraded to a King room which was a lovely surprise. A clean room, with a really comfy bed and nice shower, plus amazing views from the window. What more could you want? The staff are really friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is yummy! Me and my friend were going to a concert at the O2 arena in North Greenwich & this hotel is so convenient as it’s only a short walk to the Canary Wharf pier where you can get the Uber ferry across to the O2. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out so we could do some sightseeing before we had to catch our train home later in the day. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip and we’re already excited about trying out the heated swimming pool and sauna next time!

Super friendly and helpful staff. From the check-in to the restaurant and more everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and new, the place smells premium, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are great. Whilst it is in the middle of Canary Wharf which is very convenient it is also quiet. Breakfast is delicious and has everything you could ever want. I asked for oat milk for me tea once and now every time I go down for breakfast some magically appears at my table. Think of it as having all the benefits of a large corporate hotel combined with the cozy friendliness of a small boutique. Stayed for our wedding anniversary and we were treated like royalty throughout. Highly recommend! Much better than the tired large corporate alternatives nearby,

As a Resident of South East London this is my new to go place for a great breakfast, packed with your traditional fayre it also comes with many upgrades from Haggis, Potato scones and produce that has been hand picked by the Hotel Chef to give it an edge over its competitor's. Lin the breakfast chef on duty is a joy with attention to detail on her cooking and customer service. Altin, the operations manager gives first class service , professional and polished. The restaurant breakfast is an absolute steal at £20 per head and open to non residents like me to come and enjoy.

The hotel is located a short walk from Canary Wharf station but the signage for the hotel is poor. The entrance is set back from the road so beware. Modern design which means the lobby has no vestibule and so the cold air sweeps in to the bar and restaurant. The reception staff have electric radiators behind the podiums in a vain attempt to keep warm. Although the rooms have air conditioning they are not inverters so pack a jumper if you plan a winter stay. Although the room has a kettle and coffee machine there is no mini fridge. The draw under the kettle has no chiller. An issue if you have fresh milk or a medicine that needs chilling. If you are a Hilton regular, you may find that the Hilton Canary Wharf, which is a 5 minute walk and nearer the station is a good alternative.

Had a brilliant stay at hotel. Great location, very clean and spacious rooms. Staff we came across all very helpful and friendly. Only reason for a 4 star and not 5 is because the swimming pool wasn’t heated and really cold. The jacuzzi was also not working and they could possibly do with putting a few more beds and chairs in there. We would recommend and would return for another stay.

This is a hotel myself and colleagues stay in when we can it is truly fantastic but I am reluctant to share this as availability may become more challenging! Just 7 mins walk from Canary Wharf station, this boutique hotel has incredible facilities pool, sauna, steam, gym conference facilities. Rooms with comfy beds, power showers, a reclining chair, and real teapots makes it feel luxurious and yet homely. The team are awesome. Nicola leading the guest services ensures a high personable and friendly standard and Yasmin and colleagues at reception are so good at what they do, welcoming and helpful. Food is excellent and led by Paul who ensures the standard including one of the best breakfast offerings of any hotel I’ve stayed in - sourced ingredients treated well. More stars are seen in the food and beverage/bar team in Elton and Danyal who host the place in a way that it feels like you are part of a welcome family member coming to the hotel. Professional and friendly service, great food, wines and spirits and quality products from shampoo to wine. Connected by the Elizabeth and jubilee lines so easy.

Nice hotel that would have got 5 stars had it not been for some things that mildly bothered us. The first is what the website says is in the room compared to what is actually there. Robes and slippers - no. Mini bar - no. Movies on demand - no. HD TV channels - a couple, but either all or some of the main channels were unavailable on the two nights stayed. The second is the lift. I just lugged my cases down from the sixth floor via the fire escape as the single lift that was working kept bypassing our floor to higher floors, filling up, and then being too full to use. Great fun. The pool looked nice but wasn't used as there were no robes in the room to go there. If the website stated "robes and slippers on request" we would have known to ask. The good things are the bed (King), the breakfast, and the breakfast staff. Lovely food and lovely people . We liked the area as well, having not done East London before.
