Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the off the staff were completely rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help with anything. They were interrupting their own customers to then speak amongst themselves, they didn’t have a clue which rooms were available and weren’t. Then telling people to go to the bar instead - which wasn’t even open. Absolute shambles. Bearing in mind, £15 extra for a check in fee, which one staff member said they’d take off but then another refused. They had no idea what they were doing! To then open the hotel room door and it absolutely stink. No cups or spoons, filthy kettle, windows wouldn’t open, extra bed sheets and pillows left in the corner of the room. No soap in the bathroom. Tv wasn’t working. Staff unwilling to help or acknowledge anything at all. It was all completely abysmal. So many other issues I can’t even state them all on here! When I asked the manager if there’s anything to do nearby he laughed and said no there’s nothing. There’s just one pub across the road. I would never, ever stay with premier inn again, they have zero customer service and their rooms were absolutely filthy. I also heard another customer saying their car had been stolen from the car park. 100% avoid.

Check in and bookings messed caused a nightmare for 3 consecutive days and it was down to us to find a solution. Two high profile guests told they had no booking when they did and one sent to a fifferent location - embarrassing! Plus duplicated bookings so we paid 3x for one person but this was refunded later but not after being on an hour phone call when you have an exhibition to run.

I had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. The room was absolutely immaculate, spotlessly clean and well-presented, which made for a really comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was super comfy, just what you’d hope for after a long day. I also wanted to mention how friendly and welcoming the reception staff were. During my chat with them, I learned that the housekeeping team works incredibly hard behind the scenes but often don’t get the recognition they deserve. So I’d like to give a big shout-out to them—it’s clear they take real pride in their work, and it made all the difference to my stay.
