Premier Inn London Angel Islington

I’ve stayed in a number of Premier Inns in various parts of the country, and they never disappoint. You know what to expect, rooms and facilities are clean, and the staff are always genuinely warm and welcoming. This time around, I attended the Tes SEND Show at the BDC and wanted to find accommodation as close to the venue as possible. A room was available at Angel Islington Premier Inn, so of course, I knew I could trust that my stay would be a good one if I chose this spot. Wow, not only was I right about that, the staff at this location are next level! Everyone from the front desk/check-in staff, to security, and even all of the restaurant staff were so kind, chatty, and genuinely kind to all guests. It didn’t feel forced, or just to appease - they seem so proud to make guests feel welcome at their hotel! The room was super clean, breakfast was delish and lots of options depending on your mood - I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed my stay here. I will continue to book with Premier whenever I have the option, because no matter where I go, I can trust that the staff take pride in making guests feel like they’re staying somewhere that feels like a home away from home!

Gurdy and Callum are always welcoming and assisting myself and clients with excellence. The vibe is so warm whenever they're on shift and I deliberately tend to go when I know they will be there. They both make a huge difference whether they are both together or on separate shifts. Well done Gurdy and Callum for making our experience a pleasant one! Malkah and clients!

Helpful and warmly friendly staff. All the usual Premier Inn good features, with a comfortable, quiet and well -ventilated room which seemed to be recently refurbished. Brilliant location close to buses and tube into the West End. We shall return.

we are very pleased with the service of Christina and Francesco. We had a king size bed which we liked to have for 2 single beds. It was very busy on arrival but still they did it fast. The beds are very good, the room is clean. We are very satisfied. Jolanda and Ariette from the Netherlands

Gurdy and Callum were excellent during check in and dinner, very friendly, inviting and helpful. Please reward them in some way for their excellent service, not just with myself but with all customers I saw them interact with during my stay.

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly especially Gurdy, Gizem and Callum. Nothing was too much and too big an ask. Would highly recommend. The location was spot on close to amenities, bars and restaurants. Tube/buses in abundance. Breakfast was good.
