My three-night stay at this hotel was disappointing. Check-in was delayed, and staff were dismissive. A request for late check-out was met with irritation and a condescending response. Dust on furniture upon arrival. Housekeeping ignored linen requests until multiple follow-ups. However, the dining was high-quality and they offer airport shuttle service.

A little hidden gem - amazing place - we love the cosy, romantic vibe. Service was on point and food was great. Cocktails were brilliant - Small round table resembles the Parisian chic! Highly recommended and definitely worth a visit. We came here to celebrate a wedding anniversary and had a brilliant time!

Fabulous gem in the heart of Sloane Square. The most amazing and attentive staff, fantastic little touches and attention to detail. The rooms are bijou, but well appointed and laid out, so the space is dedicated to the things that matter. We also ate in the restaurant which is a must do experience, the most amazing and charming roof top eatery you can imagine, with well prepared, imaginative cuisine (with a strong French influence of course). The cocktail bar in the basement is also a must do, very cool and a great cocktail list. This hotel is a real find, recommend particularly for a romantic short break.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at At Sloane was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I made my reservation to the time I left the restaurant, every aspect of my visit was flawless. 1. A Thoughtful and Inclusive Dining Experience One of the standout aspects of At Sloane was their willingness to pre-order halal options for us. This level of consideration is something I truly appreciate, and it’s a service that more restaurants should be offering in 2025. Inclusivity in dining is incredibly important, and At Sloane went above and beyond to accommodate us. 2. Seamless & Personalised Service – A Huge Shoutout to Alice! Before our visit, I communicated with Alice via WhatsApp, and I cannot praise her enough! I had numerous requests—specific seating preferences, menu details, and food choices—and she handled everything flawlessly. She was responsive, accommodating, and made everything so easy. When I arrived, she even took the time to greet me in person, which was such a lovely touch. 3. Impeccable Service – A Rare Find in London The service at At Sloane was truly perfect, which, unfortunately, is a rarity in London’s restaurant scene these days. The servers were polite, attentive, and incredibly well-informed about the menu. Every single request was handled with ease, and I never once felt rushed. It was clear that customer experience is a top priority for the entire team. 4. The Food – Absolutely Phenomenal! I was initially hesitant because I had seen mixed reviews online about the food, but after experiencing it myself, I honestly do not understand what people are complaining about. The menu offered a fantastic variety, and every dish we ordered was exceptional. • The portions were generous, the flavours were beautifully balanced, and the presentation was stunning. • The much-talked-about skinny fries? Believe the hype! They were easily the best in London. • We ordered three different desserts because we couldn’t decide—and each one was superb. • The French toast? Hands down one of the best in London. I genuinely felt like every bite was crafted with care, and it exceeded all my expectations. 5. Stunning Décor & A Relaxing Ambience At Sloane has created a spectacular setting—modern, fresh, warm, and inviting. It’s the kind of place I would happily return to on a weekend with my sisters and mum for a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. The atmosphere was perfect, and I was able to enjoy my meal without feeling rushed, which is a huge plus. 6. The Bar Experience – A Hidden Gem After dinner, we headed downstairs to the bar area for tea and coffee, and it was another fantastic experience. Despite the space being quite large, the service remained top-notch, and the ambience was incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect way to end the evening. 7. The Doorman – A Final Touch of Hospitality Even the doorman went the extra mile—he ensured we didn’t get a parking ticket while we were parked directly

I’ve never stayed in a better hotel. We loved everything about At Sloane: its gorgeous design, amazing and friendly staff, delicious food, unique and incredibly beautiful restaurant, great location and overall charming environment. Treat yourself and stay there. You won’t regret it!

This hotel must be London’s best kept secret. The location is brilliant for those wanting to step out their door and feel almost like a Chelsea local. The hotel itself is so magnificently decorated, it’s quite hard to put into words. Every corner of the building has been lovingly designed and decorated with such elegance and flair, and no expense has been spared. We were genuinely excited to come back every day to the exciting, yet cozy interiors and just soak it all in. We booked an apartment which works really well for kids as there was a little hallway separating the bedrooms, as well as a cozy living room area - great for board games, dining or just curling up in the window seat with a book. The staff were all exceptional and it felt like we were welcome guests in the home they were proud of. We will definitely be back. My son has requested I give a special shout out to the wonderful Ishi, who was a charming, kind and dapper doorman, and gave him a hearty doorman’s hello, followed up with an energetic chat that he will remember. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in London again! Worth every cent.
