In the main, the place was excellent. It was of course hot weather & the room was hot but the fans offered some relief. I only needed a single sheet when sleeping & folded the doona onto the other side of the bed. The next morning a fresh sheet was folded neatly on the bed. This continued until the Saturday when I returned to find the bed messily made (pictures). The next night day on Sunday, slightly better & an additional Fan in my room. So yes the facilities were excellent but the above disappointed me. The area was fabulous, close to shops & pubs & Green Park Station. Thank you … Charles

The space was overall clean and had a lot of potential, the layout was great and the location was very convenient. However, the walls were extremely dirty, which really detracted from the experience. A fresh coat of paint or a thorough cleaning would make a huge difference. With that improvement, this could be a fantastic place to stay.

This is a cosy, two bedroom bolthole in a fantastic location, directly opposite Shepard Market. A lively - yet not too busy - street, you are surrounded by beautiful buildings, cute shops, and plenty of choices for cafes, pubs and restaurants. Close to Green Park tube. Buckingham Palace, Oxford Street, and Piccadilly Circus are also within walking distance. Apartment 4 is at the very top of 10 Curzon Street. There is no lift access, and the final flight of stairs is a twisty, tight climb - but well worth it once you take in the view of the street from the two front windows. Given the prime location, we were happy with the space and layout - it fit 4 adults comfortably. The kitchen was handy to have, and a basket of goods (milk, cereal, juice etc) was a nice touch on arrival. It could have done with a chopping board though… The water pressure of the large ‘rain showerhead’ wasn’t the best. The less-convenient, hand-held shower wand was the way to go. Hotel reception was across the road at no. 44. This wasn’t an issue for us. Given we stayed here for two weeks, it gave a feeling of independence, with a clean, serviced apartment to return to at the end of each day. Charlotte provided friendly, helpful service, and seemed genuinely interested whenever an issue arose (p.s - our package arrived safely in the end, Charlotte! ). The only ongoing issue that couldn’t be fixed was the WiFi. Ok for standard browsing, with the occasional whirring circle while watching Netflix, however the upload speed was almost non-existent. We enjoyed the quirky, sloping floor of this attic-like apartment, and got used to the ‘deposit’ in the toilet (possibly a glob of construction glue that wasn’t removed in time). Staying here definitely added to our enjoyment of this stunning city.

Each aspect from its sophisticated decor to its flawless hospitality, exudes excellence. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and welcoming, but this nails it. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable stay.

A lovely 2 bed apartment, great location, comfortable beds, good quality bed linen and comfortable sofas. Only 2 flights of stairs. Lots of restaurants near by. Only negative is wifi is not good, couldn’t watch catch up and facetime went in and out.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Mayfair, London. The location is absolutely amazing—central, convenient, and in a beautiful part of the city. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and perfect for a short stay. Despite arriving at midnight, check-in was smooth and easy through the app, which made a great first impression. The apartment was well-equipped with thoughtful essentials like salt and pepper, iron, dishwasher tablets, soap, and shampoo—small touches that saved us time and money. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a seamless experience.

We had a wonderful stay at 10 Curzon St. We were in London for six nights, and the Mayfair location was perfect for us. So much was within walking distance--Hyde Park, Green Park, Kensington, Buckingham Palace, SoHo, Covent Garden, the West End, Piccadilly Circus, and more, and having the Underground and bus stations right around the corner gave us easy access to everything within and outside of the city. The apartment was small but perfect for the needs of our family (parents plus two adult children). The flat was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was great to have a washer/dryer. We had a need to call the reception desk a couple of times and they came up promptly. Our only complaint is that the wifi was not consistently good. I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments.

Curzon Mansley is my first choice when visiting London, this is my fourth visit here. All staff are very welcoming and would do anything to meet our satisfaction, not to forget the hardworking room service team, daily cleanliness on spot. Location is perfect, rooms are spacious, staff are true assets here. Needs few infrastructural renovation though To sum up, I would like to thank the staff for their extraordinary assistance and follow up.

I brought my oldest daughter to London to visit my other daughter who is doing a semester abroad. I didn't want to do a normal hotel so chose an apartment via Mansley. The apartment was clean and stocked with breakfast items for us, plenty of towels and even slippers! The rooms were clean and well maintained and the location was beyond perfect! Only side note would be that although it's mentioned the building doesn't have a lift, it's important to know this 2 bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor, so be prepared to climb 69 steps each time you go out and about!
