Although we had some issues checking in because of the system, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even provided complimentary breakfast for me and my mom. The room was good as it can be. Excellent service from Irene and Sahel!!

Good facilities, even better staff. The room was clean and had all the amenities one would need. Would definitely stay again. Only down point is it’s not close to a tube but the bus station is near. Thanks

I throughly enjoyed our stay, lumi and Martina were really helpful and all together just wonderful, lumi went out of her to make sure we were comfortable and Martina helped us with all our inquiries,,Absolutely wonderful and lovely. Thanks.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing stay — avoid if you expect basic comfort. We stayed at Travelodge London Beckton for 2 nights, and both rooms had serious issues with the air conditioning. One room had no working AC at all, making the stay extremely uncomfortable in warm weather for our children. In the other room, the AC was leaking water continuously for two days — the floor got soaked, and nothing was done to fix it despite complaints. Additionally, the rooms were not properly cleaned, with dust visible and an overall untidy feel. No iron or hairdryer was available in the room, which was very inconvenient for a city hotel. For the price, this experience was far below acceptable standards. I expected basic comfort and cleanliness, but sadly, this hotel failed on both. Not recommended.

The air conditioning was not working throughout the entire hotel, and we were not informed about this, even though it had apparently been down for several days. The view from our window was of a rubbish dump. The hotel had a very unpleasant smell. That said, we do appreciate the staff for changing our room to a slightly better one and bringing us a fan to survive the night.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The windows in the room do not open at all, which makes it impossible to get any fresh air. On top of that, the air conditioning was not working, so the room was extremely hot and stuffy. It felt suffocating, and it was very hard to sleep or relax in such conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort and proper ventilation.
