The hotel served its purpose as somewhere to stay whilst we explored London however our experience could have been improved by a better breakfast service, better wifi and a room clean without having to request it. The breakfast service is clearly understaffed and the team need more support to be able to make it run more smoothly. There isn’t enough tables to accommodate the guests, there was a lack of clean mugs/glasses, the hot food was running out faster than the chefs were able to top it up and some of the crockery was dirty. Check in was easy and our room was easy to find however we didn’t see the sign that said we had to request a room clean and by the time we found out it was too late in the day for the team to be able to accommodate it. This isn’t common for hotels in my experience so it would be good to be told this at check in. Most of the staff were friendly. The room was very small and the bed was against a wall which isn’t ideal however I understand this may not be the case for other rooms.
