Very clean and new hotel. Staffs are very friendly. The location is a bit far from underground, but walkable to attraction like Big Ben or London eyes. I had a good time staying at this hotel!

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Checked in very late, around 00:30, was happy to pay virtually whatever as have heard good things and was nearby. Was upgraded to suite #1404 by a lovely member of staff at reception. Beautiful room with amazing view of Westminster. Will defiantly be back :)

The location is not absolutely central, and the tube station was 10 minutes walk, but was convenient and quiet. There were two pubs nearby for food and drinks. The hotel reception was efficient and friendly. It was not the usual Hyatt Regency with limited facilities. The room I requested with a view of the Big Ben was amazing. However, it had a relatively small bed. The shower facilities were good and modern.

Everyday exactly same breakfast really unbelievable! Neighboring building under construction still going on.

The location is really close to the Big Ben. All the staffs are friendly and warm.

ネガティブに感じるポイントが少なかったため、また困ったときには選択肢に入れて良いかなと感じました。これは土地柄仕方ないですが、金額にしては満足感は高くはなかったです。

清潔感があってよかった。立地も良く、観光地にアクセスがしやすかった。駅の周辺も落ち着いており、夜は静かだったので快適に過ごせた。

酒店的一位戴眼鏡的女前台很不友好，一開始説其他房間都滿，給我一個一樓的，我進去一看這個房間是給殘障人士的房間，我立馬打電話給前台，經過一番爭論，前台突然告知我3 樓有一個房間。 我去3樓的房間，但是房間真的是小。 唯一的好處是酒店在河邊， 可以沿河步行至倫敦大本鐘， 再走走可以甚至到Covent garden. 早餐一般， 其他工作人員都很友好， 不過我不會再住這了。 Hyatt 整體來説都讓我很失望，美國的，劍橋的， 倫敦的這家都太讓我失望了。
