One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! Totally my vibes… colorful, vibrant, young…love their bar style reception and friendly staffs 🥰 It’s location is really convenient at a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to Portobello Market. 5 minutes from tube station, and plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby ❤️

Nice and clean rooms, bigger than the average London rooms

Excellent location in Notting Hill , we visit the area 3-4 times a year and it’s our new default place to stay . Good value for money , very clean rooms and nice ground floor area to sit and chill .

Stayed here with the wife during our London trip and it was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in

Nice hotel - very straight forward experience. Relatively low cost for the location , but you get what you pay for. Clean rooms, no frill experience. For basic toiletries you need to buy it off the vending machine. It's basically like flying on a low budget airline. For what it is at the cost point I think it's a decent option

The location is good, close to underground. Many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly.

I was upgraded to a room that had a view as the one I was given originally faced a brick wall and with the new room was not disappointed. The room is well appointed but the reason I don't give it the highest marks for a 4star hotel is because if you want to make yourself a hot drink you have to get dressed and go down the corridor because they have decided to take away ammenities like personal kettles. I get they have replaced these things with 2 amps that you can plug a guitar into but there were no instructions when I tried to look it up (and I play guitar). It would be better served with a DAB radio and a kettle or some other sort of modern way to get hot water. Other than that, loved the products and the staff were really lovely and funny! Beautiful hotel, great location and very comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negatives would be that the room was smaller than I was expecting, and the downstairs bar is very pricey!

Great hotel in a perfect location right next to the tube. Would definitely stay again

前台不算熱情，但不能説對方有區別對待。然後衞生一般，入住時就發現床單是臟的，太晚了就沒讓前台換了，第二天跟前台要求換床單，對方就幾乎無眼神接觸地應一句。這個態度，這個衞生，這個價位，就跟一般了！同時期同等價位的，我住過另外一間綜合都比這間好，不建議前往！！
