Excellent location in Notting Hill , we visit the area 3-4 times a year and it’s our new default place to stay . Good value for money , very clean rooms and nice ground floor area to sit and chill .

Nice hotel - very straight forward experience. Relatively low cost for the location , but you get what you pay for. Clean rooms, no frill experience. For basic toiletries you need to buy it off the vending machine. It's basically like flying on a low budget airline. For what it is at the cost point I think it's a decent option

The location is good, close to underground. Many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly.

I was upgraded to a room that had a view as the one I was given originally faced a brick wall and with the new room was not disappointed. The room is well appointed but the reason I don't give it the highest marks for a 4star hotel is because if you want to make yourself a hot drink you have to get dressed and go down the corridor because they have decided to take away ammenities like personal kettles. I get they have replaced these things with 2 amps that you can plug a guitar into but there were no instructions when I tried to look it up (and I play guitar). It would be better served with a DAB radio and a kettle or some other sort of modern way to get hot water. Other than that, loved the products and the staff were really lovely and funny! Thank you Team Ruby!

Beautiful hotel, great location and very comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negatives would be that the room was smaller than I was expecting, and the downstairs bar is very pricey!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast spread to the fitness center and relaxing spa. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. I can't wait to return to this hotel on my next visit – it exceeded all my expectations!

酒店位於倫敦的帕丁頓附近，在諾丁山社區周圍是一條商業街有很好吃的餐館離海德公園的某一個門很近，大概步行10分鐘就到了海德公園酒店比較現代化，樓下是大堂八和自助餐廳都可以用餐和喝酒房間就比較小了，但是裝修的比較現代化每一層的過道里有一個茶水間可以接熱水喝免費的茶和咖啡

cozy房兩個人住大小剛好，酒店安靜，隔音好，能保證每天的好睡眠，位置也很方便，如果出行安排裏有諾丁山和肯辛頓這邊的公園和博物館的話，是非常便利的，樓下和諾丁山街區都有不少很不錯的飯店咖啡店，超市也有三家選擇，當然瞭如果行程中要去其他景區也都非常方便，距離幾個火車站也是，而且樓下的酒吧東西也很好喝…總之是很滿意的，下次回倫敦還想住這裏。

交通：諾丁山地鐵站出來步行5分鐘，步行途中有三個超市M&S，waitrose，Tesco。酒店門口有好幾個巴士站，巴士直達海德公園、肯辛頓宮以及其他主要景點都特別方便還便宜。 房間：面積還可以，沒有燒水壺，每層有個mini bar有熱水壺和免費茶包（並不喜歡這種設計），兩台音響顯得比較雞肋。 入住：前台自助入住還要客人在iPad手填訊息，難以理解。 其他：沒有拖鞋、洗漱用品，必須自帶。

兵至如歸，非常好的入住體驗，其實就是旅館的性質，一樓是咖啡廳晚上是酒吧和早餐餐廳，員工們都很熱情切禮貌，早班飛機落地，提前給辦了入住，如果住星級酒店是一定要下午三點才能辦的，朋友説碧鹹就住附近，這裡是富人區，出門左手一條街三個大超市，各種生活商店，各種餐廳，對面一家韓國烤肉很不錯，英國很多店不收現金，大家記得帶信用卡，最好是帶芯片的，房間床墊太軟，格局緊湊，沒有窗，一面大落地玻璃，喜歡悠閑的國人們比較推薦
