Ebury House

I have stayed in some questionable places before, but Ebury House in Victoria is hands down the worst, most hideous, and most unprofessional establishment I have ever set foot in. Do not let the central London location fool you because this place is an absolute nightmare. The property itself is incredibly ugly, completely run down, and visual proof of total neglect. From the moment I arrived, the lack of professionalism was staggering because the staff were not of any help at all. The room I booked was shockingly small and congested, making it feel less like a hotel and more like a cramped storage locker. Even after explicitly telling them that I am claustrophobic and desperately needed a bit more space, they offered no help or alternative solutions, leaving me trapped in a completely unmanageable situation. To make matters worse, the absolute worst part was the total lack of cleanliness. The entire room was completely untidy, dusty, and visually repulsive. The space smelled distinctly doggy, a damp, stale, unwashed odour that hit me the second I opened the door. There were hairs left in the basin and cobwebs in the corners, proving that nobody even bothers to clean. Save your money and book anywhere else in London.

Excellent value. This is not a fancy place, but it had a private bathroom, fine wifi, and a fine bed. Shower hose leaked, staircase was steep, they wouldn't let me check in early -- and I accept all of this in light of the good price.

The hotel was really close to Victoria Station, only about a 5–7 minute walk away. The room had everything I needed for a convenient and comfortable stay

Very nice stay, spacious room, good service, and nice area. Would stay again.

Staff were lovely - needed a relaxing getaway and got exactly that! Not even 5 minutes from the station and a lovely area -tv wasn’t working at first and sink wasn’t draining but told the staff and it was sorted within two hours with everything in the hotel stocked up - would definitely recommend

We booked a family room, and we arrived we we're informed that we actually had a smaller room but one that could still accomodate 3 people. First it wasn't what i reseved and second thé bathroom was tiny.. Without warning Incompréhensible.

Average, don’t expect much and be ready to carry your bags up the stairs. Only good thing is the location and for that you pay the premium

Chambre propre, hôtel bien situé,quartier très calme et proche des commodités, personnel sympa
