Much cleaner than other travel lodges I've stayed in. Good location and really friendly reception staff (didn't encounter any other staff members only stayed 1 night) - Jan was so friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us when asked questions, help or for additional things. Always had a smile on his face and made sure to say hello when passing through reception even when he was helping other guests. He is an absolute credit to the place.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in. Warm, well equipped and very near to the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff on reception too. Would recommend to anyone. Cheap and comfortable with recently decorated rooms. Thank you for a good stay!

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel and Tota even makes my day easier and really appreciate her kindness and effort towards me. I would definitely advise anyone to come this hotel because of the great people around you and you will enjoy your stay

Tota was soo lovely and accommodating :) we are happy with our stay , we will be back ! Lovely time , kids enjoyed , easy to get food , 10/10 I recommend for families and it’s clean and big rooms ! Thanks . Family of 4 . My second time coming now , it’s always good

Had a great stay at Travelodge! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. A special thanks to Jan for her excellent service—friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. Highly recommend for an affordable and pleasant stay!

Tota is great hellp and plesant person hotel is great to stay. She tried her best to call me a taxi. I was trying to get to Cardiff on a busy day. She went the extra mile to try and me. Thank you to the Travelodge team. Room was very good as well and everything good

Excellent experience. The lady at reception named Tota was incredibly kind and helpful. There were a few things I needed last minute and Tota went above and beyond to accndate my needs. The service was exceptional and friendly. It was better than I expected.

I was coming from a long journey as a pregnant and couldn’t find a toilet and the guy at the front desk was happy to help and offer a great toilet, his name is po very sweet and would fully recommend him if anyone is planning to go there although I didn’t stay at the hotel but very great experience
