Old food left in refrigerator and used towel on back of bathroom door when we arrived. Towel supply was low.

My Stay The stay was good for what we paid but the beds were not comfortable at all VERY FIRM but that could just be me. Overall the hotel was clean and well taken care of and breakfast was good,no cream cheese for bagels but very good food and never empty. Staff was very friendly.

The room was worn out, not well maintained, and dirty. Bed needs to be replaced. Bed covering looks like it had not been washed in a long time. Dirty hand prints on the shower walls. Light switches were dirty. Remote control for the TV looked gross. Bathroom floor was dirty, and there were toilet paper scraps on the bathroom floor. The interior lighting was dim and i imagine brighter light would have illuminated even more filth. The entire room needs a very deep cleaning or complete renovation. My room was on the 1st floor. Traffic noise was loud. Exterior building light shined into the window and could not be completely blocked out with the curtains. The lady at the front desk was nice and breakfast was decent, which were the only plusses. The reviews for this place were good, that is why I chose to stay there, but when i arrived, I noticed that the majority of clientele were contractors and truckers. Perhaps, for people who live on the road, this hotel may be better than a lot of places that they stay at, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay, avoid this one!

Staff was very helpful. Facility was hard to get into because road was closed and there was no direct way to get to property. Very inconvenient

Love the location of this property, however the cleanliness needs to be addressed. My first room had blood, urine and some mysterious fluid all over the bedroom. The floor was filthy. They changed rooms and the next room had liquor in the fridge. Nothing being checked and cleaned to any standard.

Access to the property is compromised by construction on the frontage road. Very dangerous and no signs to provide the proper way to go. Front desk clerk was not welcoming to us or the guests behind us. We were in room 103, mild in the shower, and this is a relatively new location. Old sanitary pad wrapper from a previous guest stuffed into the toilet paper roll on the spinner. Towels were thin and thread bare. Silicone caulking in the bathroom sink has mold and specs of dirt in it, plus it is starting to peal up. Pillow cases and linens were tinted yellowish. Overall not a very good experience at this location. Quite disappointed as we normally have great experiences at Country Inn properties.
