Located near railway station at a walking distance and near the market. Staffs are polite. Rooms and washroom are neat and clean. Overall a very good stay.

The stay is decent, however the breakfast is okay, the cleanliness is poor, and the response is inadequate.

*stay* the beds were shaking and making noise and the bathroom door lacked a lock, leading to discomfort. *welcome drink* the welcome drink is not offered unless specifically requested. *rooms* due to indoor wedding event, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms caused significant noise disturbance. *hygiene kits* hygiene kits, such as dental and shaving kits are only provided upon request and are not consistently available in the bathroom. *washroom* despite room cleaning, there was a persistent unpleasant odor coming from the washroom.

Stayed at this property during diwali vacation 2024. The location was great as this is the city centre. The hotel was average, and the rooms were decently clean. We did not get the dental kit and hair dryer as promised. Also the shower gel and shampoo did not appear to be good quality. The staff is very helpful. Valet parking is also a good service.
