Harmony Villas

Harmony Villa is just amazing offering the perfect balance of luxury, service, quality and peacefulness for an ideal vacation with your spouse or significant other. My husband and I recently returned from a magical 8 days and were blown away by this property. The staff, simply stated, is amazing. They get to know you personally and everyone from the owner Lorraine to Hajar, Eza, Ali and the other lads were off the charts. The service is impeccable yet non-intrusive. Lorraine and Hajar are the embodiment of hospitality. They offered us recommendations to make sure our vacation was the right mix of exploration and relaxation. Our Villa was well appointed with amenities you would expect. The villa itself was spacious yet intimate. We did not hear our neighbors at all during the entire eight days we stayed there. A small refrigerator is available. There were plenty of hangers in the closet and robes you could use. It has very relaxing patio furniture in the balcony. I usually don't comment about toilets, but the one in our villa was huge! What makes the property ideal is that its centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The stay was always going to be magical on this gorgeous island, but Harmony Villa took it to a level of unexpected perfection that will keep us singing their praises. Thank you to all of the incredible team for going above and beyond in making our stay truly special! We highly recommend this place.

Nada recomendable. Hotel muy viejo con un lavado de cara, pero que necesita una reforma grande para cobrar el precio que piden. La decoracion es muy bonita y hace que parezca diferente. La ducha (tanto el suelo como la alcachofa) tienen moho, las toallas están manchadas y la manta no la han lavado jamás. Hay cucarachas por la habitación. La primera noche encontramos una enorme subiendo por la mesa de noche. La piscina está pegada a las habitaciones y eso hace que haya muchísimos mosquitos. Está muy sucia y para nuestro gusto bañarte puede ser un riesgo para la salud. No se puede descansar porque tienen un bar justo al lado qie pone música hasta las 12, todas las noches. No hay espacio en el hotel, muy reducido. En Kuta se puede encontrar hoteles más nuevos y espaciosos por un precio mucho mejor. Siconoces la zona, te das cuenta enseguida. Calidad precio, no merece la pena. Lo bueno, la decoración y el personal que es muy servicial y amable.
