Wonderful, cozy cottage! Nicely decorated and like 30m to the beach. Extraordinary friendly service and awesome food in attached restaurant. Highly recommend & would come back for sure!

Lovely chalets, very comfortable bed and a smart semi-outdoor bathroom. It was very peaceful and quiet at night apart from Fridays, when there is a party next door with pounding music til after 4am, even earplugs did not work. The beach was perfect for relaxing and we had no problem finding loungers. The views were stunning and we could snorkel straight off the beach with beautiful fish and coral. All of the staff worked hard and were super helpful and friendly. Herman arranged a private snorkeling trip for us and we were lucky enough to swim on our own with two turtles, a magical experience. The beach BBQ in the evenings was awesome, we had filet steak cooked to perfection. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay in Gili Air for family. We are family of four with two young children, age 8 and 4 years old and stayed for three nights in its family bungalow. My children love the bunk bed in the family bungalow. It has open shower which we loved and used so much after having a dip in the water every morning after breakfast by the beach. We always had nice dinner and breakfast by the beach during our stay there. The staff, Ayu, Hendra and other staff are very friendly and helpful. They organised our snorkelling trip and island hopping with private boats to Gili Meno. They were also able to accommodate our request to be transferred to another bungalow, Gili Air bungalow, which has a swimming pool, for one night so our kids were able to swim in the swimming pool.

Everything is amazing there! The staff (everyone has a huge smile and good vibes plus the most help attitude). They have the best kitchen in the island. The bartender knows how to prepare “micheladas” and complied my wife’s suggestions on frozen cocktail’s.

Amazing beachside accommodation. Excellent location on the island, perfect sunrise spot. Staff are extremly friendly and super efficient. They helped us with bike hire and a snorkeling trip (which was great!). Breakfast choice is varied, tasty and well prepared. Great value happy hour (4 til 8pm), on an evening the beach front is turned into a BBQ restaurant, with seafood to die for!! Highly recommend and we hope to return in the future. Thank you.

I had a super comfortable and relaxing stay here, they let me check in a couple of hours early which I really appreciated. The room, terrace and outdoor bathroom are fantastic, nicely decorated, well designed and really comfortable. The staff were all very nice and breakfast was tasty. The location is really good, 10/15 minute walk from the port/main strip. It's on the sunrise side of the island which I liked because it's got an amazing view of the Rinjani mountains on Lombok. There's good snorkeling just off the coast here, you can rent masks etc at the shops beside Chillout bungalows. There were always plenty of sun loungers available but note that they are open to punters of the restaurant and not specifically only for those who stay at the Bungalows.

We ate dinner here. We had the fish bbq were you select your fish to be cooked and you it starch and you have access to the salad bar. We chose two types of fish and prawns. The prawns were so so good! If I went again if only have prawns. The fish were okay and the salad too. Beautiful restaurant were your table is on the beach so an amazing experience for an evening.

Stayed here 3 nights. Right on lovely sandy beaches with great snorkeling just outside hotel, loads of sunbeds etc. Room lovely, very clean, shower is outdoors and very cute. Staff nice, breakfast nice. Would be happy to go back.
