Spacious holiday cottage with whirlpool located completely undisturbedon a large plot in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby north of Løkken.The house was built in 1967, renovated in 2011 and 2018 and features an open-plankitchen with access to a covered terrace, four bedrooms, bathroom withwhirlpool and underfloor heating, guest toilet, showerand both a covered and an open terrace. The decor is personal andtasteful in the famous Danish style with an emphasis on comfort, lightand well-being. The living room is large and spacious with dining areaand sitting area, modern furnishings and extremely functional. There issouth facing terrace and plenty of shelter so that the outdoor life canbe enjoyed all day long on those hot sunny days. The plot is completelyundisturbed and sown with grass, so there are excellent opportunitiesfor ball games or other games with the kids. There is also a small playarea with swing, slide and sandpit as well as a lawn with football goals and a basket hoop.
