Spacious pool cottage located on one of the best beaches in Denmark. The house, completely renovated in 2008, is located on a secluded dune plot near the sea and beach. From the living room, terrace and pool room there is a quite small sea view. In addition, there is an annex. Patio between the house and the annex. After extensive renovation, the house is now modern and attractive and ideal for holidays with emphasis on bathing and scenic surroundings. There is a combined living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, 4 bedrooms, and of course the pool area with pool, whirlpool and sauna. Underfloor heating throughout. In a separate room in the annex is a solarium. During the conversion in 2008 a large terrace was made to the southwest. There is a solar panel, which reduces energy consumption.
