Holiday cottage located in scenic surroundings in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby approx. 5 km from Lønstrup as well as Løkken and a short distance from the beach. From the top of a small hill on the edge of the plot, there are sea views. The house was built in 2007 and has a hall with access to the kitchen in open plan with a very large living room, which offers direct access to the terrace. Bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, guest toilet with shower. The whole decor is solid and of the highest quality and everywhere has been used for optimal solutions in beautiful materials, making the house very attractive for guests with high demands. The living room has an energy efficient heat pump, which ensures that the indoor climate is always pleasant. There is a small covered terrace and an open terrace around the house to both the east, south and west. The house sits on an open plot in a quiet area which provides good opportunities for both children and adults to play outdoors. There is a swing and sandpit.
