This hotel reception when we check in that man ok, but when we check out, one man and one woman all the time chatting, there is no any good service of them and bar food not so good, service so so. Breakfast service ok. Room clean and parking ok.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable. Avoid room 809 as the pumping equipment room for the pool on the 10th floor is directly above and may be noisy. Very helpful staff.

Very comfortable, great pool, close to the center, incredible breakfast with lot of choices especially cold salmon and beef (however scrambled eggs not recommended)

The hotel is very close to city center but just outside to be completely peaceful opposite the park. The facilities are fantastic - breakfast was spot on, the pool on the top floor has amazing views and the reception staff are attentive. The bar is also welcoming and has a great atmosphere and bar staff, who make amazing cocktails. The room has everything you need and is very comfortable - the bed is very hard though (mattress) but I still slept well. I felt very comfortable the whole time in the hotel and especially like that they have good opening times (pool until 10pm, bar until 1am, food until 12am) which a lot of hotels lack. Without a doubt I would choose this hotel again in Lodz. Special thank you to Huber, Mateusz and Natalia from reception who couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming on check in and check out. Ideal business hotel with premium services.
