Single-family house "Neja", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Loborika 6 km from the centre of Marčana, 6 km from the centre of Pula, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 07.Oct.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop 1.4 km, sandy beach 17 km pebble beach 10 km.
