Room serviced every day by really friendly staff. Breakfast was great and again wonderful staff!! Receptionist was so helpful with transportation to Barcelona after our stay. Location was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Tout était parfait la vue sur mer est superbe et l’emplacement de l’hôtel , propreté des chambres impeccable. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux . Le seul problème le jacuzzi et la piscine intérieur au Rooftop était froide . Tout le reste parfait

Great hotel right on the promenade. Good restaurant with nice selection of food and drinks for breakfast and dinner. The pool and jacuzzi are a bit small, but since you are 20 meters from the beach it did not really matter. Make sure to book the room with the balcony and sea view as they are great size, light and roomy with bathrobes and slippers provided, proper size wardrobe. The standard double rooms are overlooking the narrow street and look quite small and dark. Rooms: Loved the double room with balcony and sea view. At first stayed in standard double room which felt quite small and dark, so paid extra to be moved to a better room and did not regret it Walkability: Lots of options - walking along the promenade, hiking the coastal paths or just strolling through the numerous shops in town. Food & drinks: Good selection of food and drinks, though drinks in the restaurant are quite expensive compared to the shops (5 euro for a small glass of wine, where you can buy a bottle for 5 euro in the shop nearby). Lots of cafes and restaurants around but as a solo traveller I felt more comfortable eating in the hotel, so half board was a great option for me

The best 4* hotel in Lloret de Mar! We did a thorough search and made the best choice! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself located just steps from the beach and right in the old town, the rooms, the rooftop pool and spa area, the restaurant, an absolutely wonderful breakfast buffet with Spanish sparkling Cava and a lovely dinner buffet with wine! But the most important is the feeling of being very welcome, just like home. A huge thank you/muchas gracias goes to all of the hotel team members who worked hard everyday so we could enjoy our holidays! Everyone were so helpful and friendly, this is very rare! We will definitely be back, see you soon!

Restaurant staff lovely, especially Tanya and Felix Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels. Spotless. We didn’t get a balcony but room was spacious and quiet, modern and A/C good (611) 2 working lifts. Gym, pool jacuzzi on top floor was adequate as there was the sea across the rd for a lovely dip Wasn’t too fond of the food. Not a great choice and wasn’t warm enough most of the time Staff were so nice Location excellent, on the front shops and restaurants beside hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the Hotel is in the perfect location, beachfront and old town behind the hotel with lots of bars, restaurants and shops, everything is on its doorstep! The hotel has a lovely welcoming, clean reception area, the rooms are a perfect size for what you need. The breakfast was really good, lots to choose from and plenty of it. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say, is that the roof on the pool area didn't open throughout our stay, but that could have been the time of year or due to the weather not being great. If we visited the area again, we would definitely stay here.

The hotel is in a very good position on the promenade, with the beach in front and the shopping streets behind. Generally, the reception staff were courteous and helpful. We arrived late, just after breakfast had finished. This was the fault of the coach company. We asked if we could take lunch instead and were refused it. The double room is small and dark, overlooking an alleyway. Cleanliness was generally acceptable. The roof top pool and jacuzzi are small, and space is limited to sit on the provided loungers. We found the dinner food menus very disappointing. It was served buffet style and was constantly luke warm, unless you queued for the one hot plate chef delivery. There was an attempt at diversity, but quality of main course is just average. There was an expectation of proper Spanish cuisine, befitting a four star status, which didnt materialise. We found the restaurant staff unfriendly and frankly rude at times. Not all guests drink alchohol, and we were made to feel uncomfortable for not ordering any. There was no provision for teas and coffees at dinner. This was certainly not the 'four star' luxury experience paid for. The hotel management would do well to look at the dinner provision for quality improvements, and to consider a more flexible and considerate approach to its diverse customer needs.

This is the worst 4star hotel I have ever stayed in. We lasted one night and moved to another hotel. The food was awful as was the worst rook we have ever stayed in .No 4star luxury. 1 tea bag very little toiletries. Really expensive for cold drinks. £700 to move to a balcony room despite calling the hotel and being told that they had balconies at time of booking, a blatant lie. STAY AWAY
