In the district of Fenals, 1 km from the centre of Lloret, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross, located by a road, south facing position. For shared use: terraced garden with lawn, natural garden, swimming pool angular (25 x 7 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture. In the house: reception, lift, washing machine. Roofed, parking, communal covered parking space n 163. Dimension: height 250 cm width 550 cm. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 50 m. Golf course 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Water Worls Lloret 3 km, Marine Land Blanes 14 km, Pueblo Medieval Tossa de mar 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
