Right I will start with the good points the staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful can’t fault them including the cleaning staff as the rooms are a good size and kept very clean. The food is good and cooked for you so no complaints there. The beds are massive and very comfortable but you won’t get any sleep as the hotel is situated on a main road and a kids play area is bang outside where people congregate all night, at 6.00 am every morning the council start cleaning the beach area including large vehicles going up and down the beach outside the hotel. The pool is situated on the roof and is big enough for 15 people as a sign states and there are only 12 sun beds for the complete hotel so get there early, although the beach is directly across the road. As I say I can’t say it’s a bad hotel it isn’t but the noise is an issue but unfortunately it’s not staffs fault and for this reason my rating is lower.

We stayed here for 10 days and I honestly couldn't fault it. The rooms were spotless, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was just so relaxed and laid back. I was a bit worried about coming away when it came to meal times because I have a milk allergy but Irina who is a waitress has been so helpful and I'm so grateful because she's made mealtimes so much more relaxed. All the staff were lovely and very friendly as well. There aren't many sunbeds up on the rooftop but I like the fact you didn't feel watched when getting in and out of the pool. The communal toilets were always spotless and stocked up as well. The sea view balconies are just beautiful and you can't get enough of that view. We didn't really get a chance to sit downstairs in the 'lobby" much but when we were waiting for our transfer it was lovely and just a very relaxed vibe. For our first holiday as a couple it's been absolutely amazing and I honestly can't wait to come back here.

Lovely hotel. Perfect position in Lloret. Short walk to bars,shops,old square. Beach literally opposite. Food was exceptional. Huge choice at breakfast and evening meal. Chefs cooking omelettes,bacon to order and fresh fish or meat in evening. All hotel and rooms were immaculately clean. Housekeeping every day. Dropped a point purely because of lack of parasols at roof top pool ..basically none at all and too few beds.Obviously bed hoggers placing towels 1st thing then not actually using bed most of day!! Very hard to monitor for staff. Very,very hot up there though. Usually spent most of time up there sat in shade near bar!

Lovely room... nice staff and great breakfast. Lots of choice. Pool bar cute though cocktails weren't great so stick to sangria or beer. Pool area very small only few sunbeds. Amazing view Staff Lovely and helpful. Nice little break freel refreshed!

The hotel is situated in a good location, away from all the busy shopping streets.Very clean and modern.We had room with seaview,with beach across the road. The beach offers sun beds and umbrellas for 8 EUR each. Not busy,compared to other beaches

Stayed for two weeks at the beginning of October and had a great time. The hotel is across the road from the beach in the quiet part of lorret. Booking in was quick and easy the room wasn't quite ready but we were early,by the time we'd had a drink at one of the many sea front bars it was. The room we had was everything we wanted. Large bed, balcony overlooking the sea, nice bathroom with a great shower, coffee pod machine,mini fridge, safe, storage for clothes, TV,small sofa. The room was cleaned almost everyday and the towels were changed everyday. Bed changed once. Had breakfast and evening meal coffee and tea were included with breakfast but you have to pay for drinks with your evening meal. The food was great and plentiful and eggs bacon etc. were cooked to your liking for breakfast or a great choice of cold meats and cheese etc for continental breakfast. The evening meal choice was soups, fish, meat cooked to your liking, veg, salads, cheese board, fresh fruit and cakes. The whole of the staff from reception, cleaners, chefs, waiters and waitresses were helpful friendly polite and professional. Thank you all for making our holiday great.
