It's not a new hotel, but everything is fine. I slept well, the AC is working, and it is clean. The food was really good, and I loved the pool. However, one of the staff members, a bald guy who was working nights, is a xenophobic and he should be fired. We came back talking to each other like normal people and were not even in the hotel, and he just started yelling and swearing that we should shut up. He threatened to throw us out and call the police, and this happened multiple nights. We did not make noise in our rooms and did not bother anyone. Let's say we just spoke a bit loudly in the lobby for like 2 minutes; you do not speak like that with your guests. You give us a warning, nice and calm, not with threats, and if we are bad people and make noise again, then call the police. We just go to our room to sleep because we are tired. Another problem with that guy is that he's not even working. He's not at the reception; he stays outside in the street with people and smokes all night. For example, I needed help at the reception and had to go outside to find him. What is that about? During the day, the girls were there at the reception, not even once were they missing or anything. Give them a raise and fire that guy. Thank you.
