We’re a young couple, but honestly, the atmosphere here was super uncomfortable. There was so much noise, especially from groups of teenagers, and nobody from the hotel staff bothered to ask them to respect guests who actually want to relax and enjoy some calm. The walls are not soundproof at all-you can hear everything from the next room, which is not great if you care about privacy. We were given two separate beds instead of a double, and when we asked to change, they just told us there was no availability. On top of that, there’s loud construction going on right in front of the hotel during the day. It’s almost funny how impossible it is to get any sleep here, day or night. Forget about napping, too. The room also had a terrible smell we just had to put up with the whole time. My advice: if you want a peaceful hotel, look for a quieter city or a different hotel altogether. If you have no choice, only book for one night and start looking for somewhere better as soon as you arrive.

The hotel amenities are clean and tidy , the rooms themselves are basic but cleaned everyday . I found the staff very helpful and the dining room busy at times but ok . The food was excellent and in abundance. The hotel put on entertainment everyday if you wish to join in . The hotel is situated very close to the beach in a quite area of loret de mar . Seem to be a mixture of nationalities and being an all inclusive some people do take advantage of the bar 😂 .booked this holiday late and had a great time and enjoyed my stay at the htop amatista . If you want the Hussle and bustle off loret de mar only 7 mins away by cab 10 euros . We had a great stay hear and would definitely go back again if we wanted to stay in this area .

Good value for this price. All good, but nothing special. Receptionists, waiters and cleaning ladies were polite. Busy in the canteen, que up to 7 minutes to get a coffee. However, food was good. Fresh meat and fish every day. Sweets, fruits, ice-cream.

First of all ignore any negative comments, because from the day we arrived to the day we checked out it was fantastic we booked all-inclusive on Love Holidays which to be honest I would recommend as if you had to pay. It seemed a little expensive to me. €10.90 for a little pizza and over €4 for a pint of beer so we were happy with our choice of all inclusive. The restaurant was amazing lots of variety breakfast was pretty much the same every morning but still very nice. All the staff was so professional and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The hotel room itself. Our bathroom was a little on the small side but again wasn’t a major issue. Everything was so cleaned and was cleaned daily. I am actually sitting with a coffee as I am writing this ready to book my next holiday to this hotel. It was amazing so anybody thinking about staying here heredon’t hesitate you won’t regret it.

All I’m going to say is the bar staff and reception workers at the hotel were 5 star in my eyes couldn’t fault them at all throughout the whole holiday they were brilliant with us and our kids but love holidays who sold us the holiday we’re not truthful in any way shape or form
