Alles bestens. Das Frühstück ist leider nichts besonderes. Die Kellner sind etwas schnell beim Abdecken des Tisches. Mir wurde zwei Mal der Tisch leergeräumt, während ich am Buffet war.

Bonjour je me permets de vous adresser ce commentaire au sujet du repas qui étais pas au top car nous avions demandé la viande halal et le service petit déjeuner qui est pas au top dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de self service plus de choix sur les repas ou autre toujours les même choses à part l’accueil tous le reste est de zéro ou qu’il nous face payé la boisson gazeuse c’est inadmissible surtout quand on prend le service tous inclus

We enjoyed our holiday, the hotel was lovely, we was very pleased with our room was lovely and clean. The hotel was very clean and it was nice to see the pool was kept clean also. The Pool opening and closing times could be longer, and the no inflatables in the pool was a disappointment although we understand why, it could be made more known before purchasing them. Breakfast and lunch was good however tea we found very hectic and the food was always the same, would have been nice to have themed nights, maybe curry or Chinese foods just more choice in general, the food we did have was very nice. The staff was lovely and always helpful if needed. Our son was poorly on the last day and the staff was there straight away to help which we appreciate. We would return as we all enjoyed it

On arrival it appeared to be very nice , don’t be fooled ! The first morning I went down to the bar area with towels just before the pool area opened at 9. Once the automatic doors opened everyone ran out and down the steps to the pool area pushing anyone out the way , including children , there was even people hanging off the low floor balconies and jumping to get a chair faster . You need to have at least one adult with the towels and chairs all day , if you go for breakfast lunch or dinner and leave them alone or even with a teenage child the towels will be removed and you will lose your spot . 3 of our group came down with food poisoning after 2 days and was very unwell and after speaking to other guests it was apparent it was the pork Ribs that caused this . The dining area is busy , chairs are limited and plates and cutlery filthy with food all over the floor and sides . I’m not one to leave a negative review as I know it’s never perfect and they can’t always get it right but this place is a dump and not worth the money . The only positive thing was the sun and the beach down the road which was very nice .

This is not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2.5/3 star. Not a great place for young children at all, Myself and Husband travelled with our 2 year old son who got put into a 5th story room with a balcony which my son was able to slip under the railings resulting in him nearly falling!!!!! I was in tears begging and in the end arguing with a female manager at reception to be moved onto the ground floor or 1st floor. She told me it was not possible and to just keep the doors closed. I said but I have paid for a pool view room with a balcony and you have not organised us appropriately and whilst we will obviously do our up most best to watch our child on the balcony what would happen if we were asleep and he woke up in the morning wanting to play on there I dread to think! She told me there was no point in trying in the morning when guests checkout to swap with new guests that are checking in because everyone will be extending their stay... I laughed and said people have flights to catch you're telling me every single customer here that is supposed to be checking out tomorrow will be extending their stay? She said yes and smirked. Honestly it has been hell pleading for a safer room for our son so that we all could relax in our own room. I would say the gap underneath the railings on the Balcony is suitable for 4yrs + (depending on the size of your child) to not be able slip through. The Kids playground equipment was dated and wood was rotted. Kids mini club was limited, dated and messy. The food was basic and extremely repetitive (if you love fries and pork this is the place for you), Some but not all staff were rude and not even allowed to have light music playing around the pool (unless it's for water aerobics) due to the flats overlooking the hotel and complaining to the council. Overall where the actual hotel is situated looks run down and lots of cheap market shops but a short walk you've got the beach which is lovely (albeit crushed stones/gritty and not sand) I wouldn't say it is ideal for a young child and a 15 minute walk into the lovely lloret town. If you are very easily pleased and don't have young children I would go say stay here but it is definitely not 4 stars regardless of my own personal balcony fiasco.

Lovely hotel in a great location with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. It has 3 pools including a kids pool with water slides, the only downside I would say is one of the slides is too close to the edge of the pool.. I saw numerous children hit the wall or have near misses! Smaller children are ok but the bigger ones seem to come down the slide with more force. There are lifeguards around the pool. There is a mini club where children can play and paint and is always manned by a member of the animation team who are very friendly and enjoy playing with the children. During the week this hotel was nice and not too busy but the weekends are crazy busy, the restaurant was full super loud and hardly and spare seats. We also struggled to get a sun lounger during busy periods. The food was lovely and always something different on offer in the restaurant. The snack bar was nice when freshly cooked food was served but it was left to go cold and the pasta dried up. We stayed all inclusive and you could only get drinks from one side of the bar inside, couldn’t get drinks at the pool bar either and the staff were very quick to tell you this! I didn’t see cocktails on the menu all inclusive menu either apart from at the bar where you purchase drinks. They may have been available but not clearly advertised if so. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the entertain was good, always something different each night, we saw dancers, singers and a magician and the kids loved the mini disco each night.

The food is ok but my experience was a bit disappointing as there was a religious occasion they were put first in dinning room were half hour later the other guests were invited in to be second best to left over cold food no security round my ground floor apartment or pool in evening

Clean, tidy hotel. Really nice pool and outdoor bar area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The downfall is breakfast. It really needs to be addressed, its total chaos. Hotel holds about 900 people and there were 4 coffee machines and 2 toasters. Both in the centre causing massive queues. But in the whole really nice place

I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel reading some of the reviews, but have no fears all is good. Spotlessly clean hotel, great staff, good food overall a very pleasant stay. 5 mins walk from lovely small beach one way and 10-15 mins nice walk to centre of resort to a beautiful beach and prominade. Hotel in a great location.
