Mercure Swansea Hotel anmeldelser

The hotel is a bit worn and tired. It doesn't feel like Mercure style. However there is a beautiful park next to it. Great place for leisurely stay

Nice location, helpful staffs and many interesting places around there.

We’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing. The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom. We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice. Parking is easy So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC
