The staff at this hotel go above and beyond what you would expect for an hotel, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble to make your stay a great one, special mention for Michelle who made my stay memorable.

Nighttime plagued by seagull infighting on the roof opposite my window.
Room temperature was too high for the summertime, otherwise a pleasant stay.

Stayed at the Llanelli lodge as we were visiting family. This hotel is situated near town centre. The staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean. Downfall the room was very warm but you can get a fan from reception and the soap dispenser did not work but all in all a great hotel thank you.

Fantastic stay, clean room and friendly staff. I had stayed in a much more expensive hotel recently and found it difficult to sleep, here however I was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly and slept through. Lovely central location and lots to do around.

Travelodge is what happens to you when you say things like "oh it's not 'that' bad".....and "well,it's warm and dry"..... and other banal comments that make you convince yourself that you don't deserve any better....you do deserve better.

Smell of mould/damp/wet in room, told they couldn’t do anything, reservations team on the phone was Extremely rude and told me to just get on with it and stay or leave with no refund, I left after 5 minutes in the room and didn’t even sit on the bed. Never again. Premier inn now has my companies business.

Title says it all. It looked like a hospital, it smelled like a hospital. It was dusty, the toilet was grimy and the bathroom generally felt like a toilet on an aeroplane. This is a desperation stay if you have to be in Llanelli and the Premier Inns are both full.

Great stay here in Llanelli! The room was clean and very comfortable. The receptionist was really friendly and great with directions advice. Great location near a few pubs and restaurants. Excellent value for money and I’ll be staying here again soon!
