The hotel was quiet good, but they were on renovations which a bit uncomfortable. The heater on my room was in trouble, I asked for another room but they said full booking, fortunately they brought a portable heater although it wasn’t enough. Moreover, they don’t have microwave which made me difficult to warm up my food

This hotel was good value for what was paid. I managed to get a free parking spot in front of the building, which was a bonus (parking behind the hotel is £6), and further up the street, paid street parking begins. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the pier, which was convenient. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. There was some scaffolding up right outside the window, which wasn’t ideal, but I was pleasantly surprised to get an ocean view for the price. The only real issue was the shower, which was difficult to get to a comfortable temperature, swinging between too hot and too cold, though there were warning signs. Overall, a solid budget option.

On entering the receptionist was very welcoming,entrance was very tidy, informed us of all our options, used the 2 person lift to the third floor , on entering our room which was neat and tidy, bathroom was was clean too,nice warm shower. We also had a great view of Llandudno Promenade. Bed was comfy. Would stay again. All the staff were pleasant.

Good sea view and delicious breakfast. Easy to take bus but the hotel is the end of one side of the beach. We had to walk to another side of the beach for more than 20 minutes while the pier and Great Orme were there.

Good environment，clean，but abit far to centra and train station. Overall very well.

Overall experience was good. Ambience was bit disappointing. Staff and service was really nice.

Hotel is next to the beach, great location! I stayed one night, good price and staff were helpful. The room was nice and clean. I would like to stay again.

Everyone is telling me a seaside hotel is like this rundown inside. Walking round the hotel to get out I did see that other rooms looked nice. Mine had paint peeling off the walls. A broken and exposed light above me on the bed a very dated bathroom and the corridor picture of the carpet shows a damp problem maybe. There is a nice chip shop round the corner from it. That side of Llandudno is ok for the theatre but not for anything else. I got my steps up though.

Very bad place shower broken had to move rooms at 930pm manager couldn't care less room also dirty not hovered and no soap whole stay

The room is clean and has free WiFi. Location is also well. I recommend this hostel.

It was nice in comparison to the price

The staff at this hotel is excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Genuinely good people. The hotel is old and shows its age. The walls are very thin between rooms and our stay was spoiled by the inconsiderate people in the room next to us talking loudly past midnight. It was a cheap room and you get what you pay.

After putting our bags in we walked the mile to the pier. After a night of sight seeing we went back I walked in the room and I screw stuck in my foot , I went to wash thd blood in the shower and the head didn't fit on properly and soaked me ,after going to bed I was woken 3 times 12 , 1 , 2 , o'clock shouting and banging from the bar seems staff weren't bother , again at 7 in the morning banging and shouting . I complained about the screw , the awakenings, no batteries in remote had to get out of bed to turn off , and was just basically ignored took my key , and then moved on to the nxt person who was also complaining . Never again

Had to do a lot of walking but was on the beachfront so beautiful views. Staff were friendly and helpful the room was clean.
