Needs repair. Not in good condition. Lift didn’t work. Staff needs to be more polite. Wont stay again.

This hotel is perfectly located, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area. The seaview from our room added a special touch to the experience. We were on the first floor so the view was excellent. Although the occasional knocking from curious seagulls gave us a little surprise, it’s a Llandudno feature, not the hotel’s fault—and we found it amusing! 😊 The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Water pressure on shower was good. The bed was a standard double, it was not a big bed but its comfortable for my bad back. I think I have had the best sleeps I had in weeks! The staff were polite, helpful, and always carrying a smile, which made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. We must praise one chap—sorry we didn’t grab his name—who was always there, no matter whether we were checking in, asking questions, booking our breakfast, returning from excursions, or collecting our luggage. He is always at the front desk, really hardworking, very helpful, and always carrying a smile. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel with friendly service, this is a great option.

We booked for Saturday night for a concert at venue cymru which is a 5 min walk. We arrived and tried to park in the rear car park even though spaces were available we had no chance of parking as its that tight. So we parked on venue cymru car park £14 overnight parking. The staff are so friendly absolutely brilliant and make the hotel so friendly. Our room 1 was lovely and clean and overlooked the car park it was a small double bed but the room was large and shower lovely. The bar is lovely and large and as they like to say a well stocked bar. The breakfast was amazing absolutely delicious the vegetarian choice was a big portion and toast and cereals and yogurts. We would definitely recommend and return.

We were greeted by the very friendly owner and shown to our room . It was very clean with a great sea view and a spacious bathroom . It wasn’t the biggest room but had everything we wanted for a 2 night stay . Breakfast was delicious and well worth the money. Some paint work was happening while we were there but it didn’t bother us at all we just used the lift instead of the stairs . We had free parking at the rear of the hotel a great added bonus. We would definitely recommend and definitely return.

I’m really torn writing this review! The staff were lovely and friendly but the hotel was lacking in parts, bed was small, sea view was ok if you kneeled down to look out the small window (we was on 3rd floor so was like a loft type room) the hotel was being painted as we arrived so their was a strong smell of paint throughout and at first there was not any signs to advise of wet paint (their was later) and as we was carrying luggage into the room one of our coats brushed the frame of the door so we had a paint mark on it. The room didn’t look like it did online, was a bit dated and floors creaked quite a lot. The shower power wasn’t the best either. At the same time it was a great location and as Iv said the staff were lovely so I probably would stay here again.

The hotel was very good for the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, There is onsite parking and the location is excellent - close the all amenities. Good views. Good value breakfast offered, and onsite bar well stocked. Would highly recommend

Very friendly atmosphere and very comfortable. Breakfast was superb, served by a lovely waitress, Louisa. Hotel was very clean. The view from our room was stunning. A family run hotel who put the comfort and needs of guest a priority. The reception staff were happy to answer any queries about the area.

Great place to stay, had a wonderful break will be choosing to stay there again in the future . They had great facilities and staff , food was good and nothing was too much trouble , room was spacious and well heated . Have booked already for next year

Awful grubby little place. I would avoid at all costs! There are better establishments at the same price throughout Llandudno and I would advise you to take your business elsewhere. To add, the staff/owners are awfully rude and obnoxious. AVOID!!!

I've stayed here twice now. Once with my daughter and 2nd time with my boyfriend. It's a really lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was very tasty on the first occasion, but we didn't have it the last time. We will definitely visit again in the new year.
