From fluffy pillows, the immaculate rooms and a truly stunning view across thr bay to a super breakfast, all I can say is Superb! I would whole heartedly recommend this child-free space. Tranquil and upmarket. In a town full of crumbling properties the level of upkeep is amazing. Re-booking today.

Superbly comfortable, quiet room (room 6), with a lovely shower room, and quality toiletries. Excellent, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast offering plenty of choice. Great location, and a beautifully sunny, split level front terrace with wonderful views. A well stocked honesty bar, with two seats in the bay window giving you the views in the evening too.

You can NOT better the location or stunning seaviews. You actually get to choose your room at booking, so there should be no surprises. It is an adults only guest house, so the atmosphere and quietness is tranquil. The welcome and service from Brian and his team is amazing, so much so we will never choose anywhere else to stay in Llandudno. The rooms are clean and well equipped, with items such as beautiful soap/hand & body lotion, shampoo & conditioner. Other little surprises too to make your stay extra special. The seaview garden is on split level's, giving you privacy from other guests if needed. Beautiful potted flowers and ornaments making an already special relaxing area a sun trap. The location is sought after with stunning Little Orm views across the sea. The access to the tram to The Giant Orme is a stroll away, walking past many restaurants and cafe's along the way. The hop on/off bus runs on the hour, and we could see the stop from our room, by the pier. Haufre Gardens, North Shore Beach, Owl Sanctuary and Happy Valley Gardens are local attractions we can recommend. We can recommend EAST Cantonese near the train st, Mostyn Tandoori on Mostyn St, Cottage Loaf, Home Cooking and The Kings Head. All serving DELICIOUS food. Can not wait to return for our 3rd vist to The View Guesthouse....and many more.

Recent 2 night stay in this gem of a place. Truely great location for town centre and attractions with fabulous views from both the terrace and our sea facing double room, which was very comfortable with well thought out little extras. Although pre ordering breakfast the night before is not suitable for everyone, we had no problem with this and it was both excellent & hearty! Thoroughly recommend this b and b to anyone staying in Llandudno.

We stayed for Easter weekend. This hotel is in a fabulous spot looking all over the bay, we had room 1 it was good size room with a huge bay window. The room was spotless the bed was comfy the bathroom had everything you needed shampoo conditioner shower gel hand wash and body lotion. The breakfast was lovely and hot. Every where was spotless. There are patio table and chairs on the front to watch the world go by. We will definitely be booking again. The staff were all friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the view 23rd-27th September 2024.. we were greeted by Brian the owner who is one of the friendliest people I've met but as mad as a box of frogs ( in a good way ). The place was lovely and clean, the view across the bay was awesome ( room 8) Breakfast was pre order and worked well, only down side is I didn't feel as hungry when I woke as I did after a couple of drinks the night before, but all the same it was well cooked and tasty. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The bar as an array of beers, ciders, wines and spirits, and the prices are really good. Because it is on a hill there are a number of steps, if you struggle with your legs it could be an issue although hand rails are there to help you. The patio is a lovely place to sit if the weather is nice to watch the world go by. Well done Brian and the team, great stay .

What a find this was. Brian greeted us upon our arrival. Room 7 has STUNNING views, across the sea to the Little Orm, is tastefully decorated, comfortable king sized bed, double shower, plus lots of extra's you wouldnt expect inc hot choc in the room, binocular's, shoe horn, even daily drinking water provided. You wont need shampoo/conditiiner/hand/body lotion or shower gel. The honesty bar is fully stocked for all needs. Plenty of seating in the beautiful garden. Literally, anywhere from the front of this beautiful building, you have the stunning sea/promenade/ little orme views. Breakfast is so tasty, everything freshly prepated to specific tastes. The sausage is AMAZING. The team here are so friendly, helpful and accomodating. Our first ever visit to Llandudno, and whenever we return, will definately be coming back here.

What an absolute gem of a place. In a great spot overlooking the bay. First time we have stayed here but definitely won't be our last. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff we're so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We are sad to be going home but we've had the best break with beautiful weather. Thank you Brian and all Jayne & Pete
