It’s forbidden to bring down the terrace furniture of the apartment to the swimming pool. Modern, cosy apartment block "Fane", 3 storeys. Spacious and clean. Beautiful views but with problems in air conditioning, kitchen extractor, lights, plugs, etc.

Very nice and very clean apartment, well located with an exceptional view. Problem with air conditioning but very responsive owner settled 2 days later. downsides: aging appliances, swimming pool access via the underground car park, capricious electricity
