Overpriced for average B&B. Go for hotels - always better and you can find better deal. Finished with B&B from now on - got a feelings somebody watching you 😃😃 Beds is ok but pillows very cheap, the some the tea begs in the rooms.

We had only one night at Beech Bank and arrived in the evening and left straight after breakfast so our impressions were limited to a short time spent there. We can, however, confirm that Annie is a lively and welcoming host (and we had had a useful exchange of emails before our stay). Our room (no 3) was spacious, perfectly clean , comfortable and beautifully furnished. There was a separate anteroom for clothes and luggage. The bathroom had everything we needed. We had a fine cooked breakfast in the morning. There is a small car park behind the guesthouse; it was full when we arrived but we were able to leave our car on the street nearby. If we return to Llanberis will stay at Beech Bank.
