Hotel Isabella's Llafranc

Table service dire (30 mins for drink - gave up), floor and tables dirty. I know it sounds weird but they appear to have one waiter to cover 20 to 30 tables. as a result rubbish on floor with cigarette butts (there are only two ashtrays, I guess they are really expensive) and sticky with spilled drinks. Great location but massive eyesore on sea front. needs some love, clean tables, clean floors, a men's loo that works... not a chain concept.

Had a fantastic 3-night stay here. People were super (!) nice and welcoming. Had a room with sea view, as also for one night a suite with pool (landside view). Both were stunning. Would definitely come again and will for sure recommend this to friends.

We sent for a drink and snacks but we were invited to leave since the terrace, which was empty, was only for guests of the hotel 😅 Being resident this is not a good option and very disappointing So we went to the neighbors which attended us with an excellent service

I am absolutely amazed by some of the poor reviews that Hotel Isabella has received , We are very well travelled and stayed in many top hotels around the world . Also , we visited Llfranc on many occasions, Because we booked late, our normal hotel was fully booked, so after looking for another ,chose Isabella's . I am so pleased we did, amazing room, so spacious and so clean, absolutely fantastic staff ,making us feel so welcome, great breakfast and the quality of food unrivalled. You won't be surprised to learn that this hotel will be are hotel of choice in the future. Very much look forward to returning. Kind regards to all.

We visited in mid June 2024, the area was not yet overrun with tourists. The hotel is right on the beach with a gracious and friendly staff and a very good restaurant. It’s often hard to tell in places like this if the restaurants will be good or bad given it’s so touristy but it was very nice. Breakfast included which was an excellent spread with again, a very nice staff. The room was bright, clean and pretty and they had a Nespresso machine, cookies and biscotti. The beach was a lot of fun and they have a 1km swimming lane that is buoyed to the next village if you are an athlete - the water was clear and you could see the bottom and tons of fish. would recommend

We had the most wonderful stay at Isabella’s and cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the decor is beautiful, both in the rooms and common areas. The staff were friendly from start to finish - a special shout out to Caleb who took fantastic care of us and made sure our stay was truly special. We will be back!
