Hotel Alpina

You should respect guests as your customers. Your attitude is rude. This refers to workers on hotel reception. Waiters are excellent. Restaurant is nice and good. Ski room is without ski shoes dryers! Rooms are poor and they are standard from 1982! Smaller than on photos. In comfort room there is no table, no refrigerator, no tea kettle in room, micro closet not for ski gear and 2 persons, heater in bathroom dont work in ski season (it works some time 10%). Light sensors have problems. Breakfast is served until 9:30 and move it in 9:25. Breakfast is poor. In all normal hotels (and I have been in many, many hotels…) breakfast is minimum until 10am. You should adapt it to your guest which are on holiday and not by you.

I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed in Chalet Garden Rododendro, which is part of Alpina Hotel. Firstly, they charged 100 euro for an ordinary cheap PVC fridge shelf, which was broken when we moved in, the chalet was overdate, it was a small, old fridge. Another issue, there were no cups for tea, we had to drink tea from the bowls. Duvet!!!, the chalet isn't cheap, for that money we didn't even have a proper duvet or blanket, it was just a bed cover. Ther apartment was very dark, there was not even proper light. The mould on the wall, the guy who introduced the apartment said he didn't notice that, is very visible in the kitchen, such a large mould takes a long time to grow, so he definitely noticed that before. Battery in the ski locker didn't work, I asked for a new one ,but they didn’t have it, he should have checked it before we moved in, so our ski box was still open. The sidewalk in front of the stairs was very icy, only our apartment, other apartments around were ok,I slipped a few times, he said that he sprinkled salt on it, strange ,because the ice didn't melt, even a little bit.so I don't think so there was some salt. Finally last issue, one person from our group was bitten, I don't know what it was, maybe bedbug or spider, four bites !!!!!, don’t think so it was a spider. The staff behave very unprofessionally, it is a shame, because the hotel looks nice and has a good reputation, but the chalets are terrible. This is how they treat their guests. Think before book this chalet.

Very good choice if you travel with your family, restaurant TOP (worth recommending), rooms were cleaned every day, the only thing is that you have to pay additional 20 EUR for road access.

I come back to the hotel every year and it is great . The food was very good, the service was always smiling and helpful. Enjoy your stay.

Must visit place for skiing and enjoying. Clears your mind and soul and recharge your batteries. Place is like you entered in some very nice cartoon....

We had greate time, center, food, stuff, everything is perfect! Livignio is very beautiful but with Alpina hotel is better!
