I found the room to be clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. However, the staff could be friendlier and more attentive to enhance the experience. Additionally, offering more amenities, like in-room coffee makers, would elevate the stay. A pleasant visit overall!

Hotel great location to docks. 10 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. Only little thing was no hand towels just bath sheets would recommend

Not the best we’ve stayed at in Liverpool. On the plus side the room was clean and the location of the hotel is excellent.  On the other hand the rooms are very small, the shower door leaked and the air conditioning unit was very noisy (sounded like air bubbling in the unit). We reported the noise and were informed it was the same in all rooms.  I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Pillows were thin, walls were thin but location was lovely Towels and cups weren’t changed and coffee wasn’t replenished which was a shame

The hotel is located at nice place close to Everything in town. Loved the location and cleanliness. One disappointment was the size of the room. The rooms are smaller than they look in photos or they had given us smaller room than as shown in photos.

Great location. The rooms were small though and very noisy from above. Bathroom needed some work doing. Shower leaked from the hose and when you flushed the loo the water flew out onto the floor 😮 Friendly staff.
