The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary tea and coffee and the city view from my window. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SURPRISED BY SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE. VERY NOT NICE. YOU CAN'T OPEN THE WINDOW, THE AIR CONDITIONING DOESN'T WORK, IT'S A BLAST NEVER AGAIN, they could have informed you that this was the case, you couldn't stand it!!!!

We arrived early and just wanted to drop of our bags but the lovely young receptionist said our room was ready so we could check in immediately. The room was a good size , comfortable bed, small bathroom but a really good shower . Very good location just across the road from Albert docks. Only gripe was the lifts , one was out of use and the other remaining one was so slooooow.

The most perfect location: bang in the city centre but also super close to the Docks. Warm welcome, friendly staff. The restaurant was closed during my stay but was still provided with ice for my very spacious king room 😊 Thank you x

To me first impressions for anything in life are imperative. Imagine my surprise when I found clutches of hear in the bath and the toilet seat. Having gone down to reception to report this and confirm the room had been attended to. Initially I was told yes however, within seconds I was informed that the system had been down and that my room may have been missed. I was not offered an apology but I was asked if I would like to help myself to a drink from the fridge to compensate me.

Arrived at hotel to be faced with a young family bringing all there belongings into hotel for emergency accommodation,not what I want to see when I’m a paying customer,Liverpool city council use this hotel for emergency accommodation this should be explained in reviews so be aware

Room cleanliness was fine. Air conditioning was broken. Window doesn't open. A fan was provided but speed was relatively low. Was difficult to sleep due to heat.

got a king sized room and a great price. fabulous location. air conditioning wasn’t working but staff ensured we had 2 working standing fans.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few years always clean and tidy. Lovely big room beds are always comfy and clean with everything thing you need for a few nights stay. Albert Dock is just over the road or town a few minutes walk couldn't ask for more 👍

Stayed for 2 nights and the location is great as everything in easy walking distance. No aircon in rooms and was very stuffy (we were on 5th floor). No windows that would open either. Beds we’re comfortable but the heat made sleeping difficult.We were told the air con was broke but it seems to have been like this for some time if you read the reviews going back to August 2023. Also no help with parking as states on some websites,although parking is near it’s £25 for 24hrs so factor this into your budget.
