This hotel is in the heart of the nicest area in Liuzhou. The square is within 1 minutes walking where there are shops, McDonald's, Starbucks etc with so many small stalls selling food, especially at night where it comes alive. Right next to the river where you can see all the lights at night and take a boat ride. Traffic in this area can be difficult so be patient but it's worth it. This hotel has a very good breakfast buffet in the morning and there is a spa for massage, facial etc on the 12th floor plus business meeting rooms and a rotating restaurant on the top floor. The room I had was spotless clean and very big. No smoke smell (which is common in China) and plenty of towels, a Western shower, very nice. The old bad thing to say is the bed is like a rock but harder! Absolutely no padding. The floor would be more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night. Overall a great place and super nice staff.

The staff was kind and helpful, especially 小胖. The location of the hotel was great. It’s within walking distances to the day market and musical water fountain show. It’s also connected to a mall. The room was clean and amenities were sufficient. The only downside was the air conditioner that wasn’t cold. Maybe it’s winter so the airflow was just warm air.

Great location, a little dated, shower in a bathtub with a curtain where the shower head is really low, I hit my head on it a few times. Gym, washing machine facilities and restaurants are really quite good.

Love this golden key staff in this hotel that serves us and makes us feel so special. Special thanks to Qing Luni! Your service is excellent. The location is so convenient, eateries and shopping and the river is all close by. Will recommend to my friends.

來柳州旅遊本地朋友推薦的柳州賓館，説是老牌並且裝潢什麼的會好很多～ 來了後確實是超出預期～ 入住的時候門口小胖給我們辦理了升房，房間很不錯。雖然外賣不能送上去但如果實在不方便服務員也會幫忙送上去。 最最最要感謝的是客房部的覃露妮！我們一直打不到車去高鐵站。是她幫我們去門口攔到了蹦蹦車，最後按時到了高鐵站沒有誤車！！超級謝謝她！！

車開到樓下發現胎壓異常，就地住宿，專門避開了附近太便宜的酒店。想過房間舊，但是這麼舊也是驚到我了。前台熱情，主動幫我查詢附近汽修店。邱管家服務熱情周到，來送水果發現我帶着小孩，立馬安排了小童拖鞋和牙刷。這裏真的夠中心，離網紅青雲市場，五星美食街都是5分鐘內，很好逛。

老牌的四星級酒店，柳州最繁華的地段。下面有美食街，上面有旋轉餐廳，但價格有些小貴。下面高端大氣的商場，周邊有好多好多的商場。房間乾淨衞生。有停車場，但需要提前預訂。20元一晚。喜歡

該酒店三個沒有想到，1是十六樓的服務員小韋和小仇熱情認真，看到我們洗的衣服，特地拿來衣架給我們，2早餐品種豐富可口，3周邊的餐飲店很多，旁邊就是步行街和餐飲區。另外兩個沒有想到的是，1停車一天要20元，2是在晚上時不時會出現一些很響的響聲，時長也就十幾秒。 但總體該酒店還是可以。

從服務員胖金鑰匙臉上掛滿笑容的為我倆把行李送到房間起，就感受到老牌酒店的魅力所在！三晚的住宿給我留下了美好的回憶！願貴店更上一層樓！ 願前台有些服務員好好提升自己的服務言辭，記住“顧客是上帝”的理念……

出行方便，樓下就是五星步行街，網紅打卡音樂噴泉，窯埠古鎮，柳州博物館都方便。是旅遊出行的最佳選擇。前台小姐姐服務態度非常好! 贈送了耳療項目，高大尚的環境，這麼繁華的地段，算非常優質的體驗了，按摩完還有甜品水果，技師手法專業而且服務態度特別好

入住時前台小姐姐很熱情，老牌四星級酒店，房間寬敞、乾淨整潔，採光也不錯，體驗了一下12樓腳板洲足療，師傅手法挺專業，還有茶點、小食送，酒店在步行街上，樓下就是商場，去江邊看音樂噴泉、青雲早市都很近，有大型停車場停車很方便！很值得推薦👍

（1）賓客專員覃露妮的服務態度非常不錯，不僅主動幫我提行李，拿了好幾瓶水， 還給我熱情的介紹酒店附近的美食; （2）2月25日當天晚上11點左右，我坐1號電梯下樓，突然沒法顯示樓層，沒法出電梯，被困在電梯裏有接近10分鐘，我按了報警開關幾次後，被電梯服務人員弄了出來，我從電梯出來後有告訴當晚的前台要注意，客人留言意見我也有寫這個事情，但直到今天，酒店也沒有給我一個答覆， 我想説，電梯安全無小事，以後還是要多注意!!! （3）我是當天下午開車入住酒店的，可是第二天中午退房的時候，不到一天的時間，還是收了20元停車費，這麼多年以來，這樣的情況，我還是第一次碰到，哪怕就是在深圳酒店停車位這麼緊張，酒店也不會收取住店客人的停車費，誰也不差這20塊錢，但這樣的感覺會很奇怪～

酒店的服務不錯，各方面細節很贊，還有金鑰匙小姐姐熱心的幫拿行李，地理位置佳，就在市中心，特別適合我這種喜歡逛吃逛吃的遊客，訂了采耳主題房，就在酒店12樓的腳板洲。腳板洲裝修非常精緻簡約，進到包間裏面的香味聞着就讓人很放鬆，還有很多小吃和牛腩麪可以選擇！師傅手法嫻熟，技藝精湛，一套下來很解壓，一整天心情舒暢！！贊
