Ultimate place to have an outdoor bush holiday where the kids can run wild, kayak all afternoon, zip line through the Forrest, feed the animals at 4pm, toast marshmallows and sit by the fire all night.

Kids heaven... so parents relax. We all had a ball. Kids and parents playing on the tyre swing and flying fox. Lots of room to explore. Good distance between cabins. Cabins very neat and clean. We did the animal feeding at 4pm and all loved it. Staff were always around and helpful when we needed advice or just fire wood for the outdoor fire. Far away from town that you can see all the stars and listen to the beauty of nature but only 20 mins drive to pick up supplies ect. Used it as base camp for going to Wineglass Bay and the Maria Island ferry, but the kids didn't want to leave.

Lovely quiet location in amongst the trees with loads of birds including kookaburras. Nice clean cabin and immaculate comfortable bed. Our cabin could have done with new fly screens, so we could have opened the windows.

Great little place to stay, very conveniently located between Maria Island ferry and the Freycinet peninsula. Cottage was clean and had access to a fireplace and wood. Lots of room for kids to run and play and sandpits and swings next to cabins. Got to see lots of farm animals including baby deer. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

This was an amazing campground, I would highly recommend this stay. Lots of activities and wildlife near by. Nice facilities. Lots of space so you’re not crammed on top of others. Will definitely come back here. Good for all friends, families, solo etc.

Fantastic place to unwind and relax in the beautiful place this is. Friendly staff and perfect accommodation. Great place to stay. Family friendly in every way. Great facilities for a perfect family stay.

We had a powered site. The site was good with a great power supply. Price was average for a power site. You need your own water, or boil the water from the tank at the ablution block. Sadly, the glory days of this place are behind it. Everything is in a state of disrepair. The local dogs 🐕 crap everywhere, so watch your step heading to the shower block 🤨. The toilet and showers were not cleaned prior to our arrival. We were checked in by a young lady with a cold and had no interaction with any staff over the 3 days. The bush setting is lovely and the bird life was amazing. Especially the Kookaburras at dawn and dusk. It’s going to take a lot of money and time to restore this venue to its previous glory.
