Homewood Suites by Hilton Little Rock Downtown

Great stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. Wednesday night soup, salad, wine and beer was excellent. Full breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Every single employee in each area listed above was extremely kind and helpful. Perfect location. This our favorite hotel when staying in Little Rock.

The most people and pet friendly place to stay. The place was spotless!!! They had people cleaning ALL the time!!! Very secure for you and your vehicle. The staff was Awesome and had great advice on where to eat!!! Thank you and we will be back again!!!

Our daughter booked a 2 bedroom suite a couple of months ahead and called the day before our reservation to confirm. She was told that everything looked good. After driving over 7 hours, when we arrived we were told that our room was no longer available. Not much explanation was given, other than an Honors Member wanted to stay over in OUR room. (By the way, I am also an Honors Member, but my daughter hadn't given my number when she booked). Understandably, we were VERY upset. The desk clerk was not very apologetic and very little empathy was shown. In fact, rather than being apologetic and bending over backwards to find rooms for us, she asked us to step aside so that she could take care of the people who had come in AFTER us! It took over an hour for her to find rooms for us. I guess we should be grateful at we didn't have to sleep in the street.

This hotel is about 3 blocks from River Market. It was an easy walk in the heat and humidity. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Nice outdoor area. The pool was green, so it was closed. It was not a huge deal for us, but we were planning to kill sometime in the morning.

Nice location downtown. Parking is right next door and you can enter by the pool into the hotel which is convenient. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was a suite so sitting area with a nice couch and ottoman and we had a king bed. Room was clean, AC was ice cold, flat screen and full kitchen which was nice as this was day two of a 7 day southeast road trip for my wife and I. Gym was nice sized with good equipment so we both could get our workouts in before breakfast. I don't get too wrapped up in hotel breakfasts but it was nice. - the usual of eggs, sausages, make your own waffles, etc. They have an outdoor seating area so we sat outside which was nice.

We recently stayed at this property for 2 nights. It's in a good location in downtown Little Rock, walk-able to the River Market and other attractions. There is an adjacent parking garage, available for a charge. There's a small fitness center. It could use an upgrade as the TVs on the equipment didn't work and there were no mats for stretching. The front desk associates were all very nice and helpful. Check in was easy and daily housekeeping was provided. Our room was clean and comfortable. We liked the layout as the bathroom was off of the living area as opposed to the bedroom. Breakfast was above average for a Homewood. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This is one of the better Homewood properties that we've visited.

Stayed at this place for four nights during Eclipse 2024. Spacious room and very quiet, especially for ground floor accommodations. Adequately equipped kitchen, though we did not cook much. Pretty good breakfasts and very friendly staff. Mattress was a little firm for our liking, so we purchased a foam mattress topper locally. We had a roll-in shower room, and a few things need attention here: shower curtain does not reach the floor, and an additional fold-down shelf for toiletries is needed. Also - only one chair at the table; two seems more appropriate. The room needs some tech updates: more USB ports and newer TVs that can handle streaming services. We also thought it odd that no one came to freshen our room the entire time we were here - in fact, no attempts to contact us regarding room cleaning were ever made. We don’t often stay in extended-stay hotels, but we thought that going four nights with no changing of linens seemed odd. We find it interesting that hotels don’t offer any selection of bed firmness these days, especially since so many people have different preferences. We would probably stay here again if we were given a softer bed option.

I like to stay at Homewood Suites hotels, but this one does not deserve its high rating. When we arrived, it took at least 15 minutes to get our key. I had a confirmed reservation, but they couldn't get to it in their computer system. Finally after 3 people working on it, we were able to check in. Then the next morning I went downstairs for coffee only to find the chinkiest coffee station - no milk, half & half, or flavored creamers, only regular or decaf coffee dispensers, and NO tops to their coffee cups! If you went around to the breakfast station they had a carafe of milk, but no cup tops. The breakfast station was skimpy with less than half of the selections as other Homewood Suites locations, and this was a Saturday morning where you have more time for a leisurely breakfast. The breakfast server was non-appologetic. I'm sure she must hear all this a lot, and the management doesn't really care. Beds were comfy, and clean. The elevators make piercing bells noises for EACH floor. Not the best stay in Little Rock that I have experienced.

The staff here are very ******. I was told I smoked in my room, which I did NOT, by the staff and then told that I couldn't have my luggage until I paid a $250 smoking fee. I even asked if I could at least have my medication I need to take daily and was told NO. I've contacted hotel several times to ask if I could please have my things and staff was very rude to me and when I finally did get a hold of Gilipsia (sp?) Who I was told was GM she was even worse than her staff as far as her mannerism and lack of information was concerned. Apparently "they" want my personal things SO much it was worth not only losing a customer over but also their
