The room is nice, but the breakfast buffet was bad. There was no fruit, no sugar free syrup (I can even get this at motels), and no WATER. The orange juice machine was broken and there was no water available. All they had was coffee. An older gentlemen had to buy a $3 bottled water to have with his breakfast. Now to the service. The worst I have come in contact with at a hotel. I asked the food prep lady about the sugar free syrup and she did not even give me the respect to look at me when she said, no. A few seconds later, she scolded an older lady for trying to get more food. She told her to have respect for the other people who are trying to eat. I was dumbfounded. She paid for a breakfast buffet, she can eat as much as she wants. When my wife got to the buffet there was not a lot of food out yet. The food prep lady was standing right there and said nothing. A decent customer service person would tell you we have food coming. Listen, I'm tired of MY people providing bad customer service in a SERVICE industry. Customers do NOT owe you anything, but you owe the customer good service. That's what you are paid to do. We are ALL going through something, but no one goes on vacation to see you throwing your bad attitude around. If you don't want to be there, GO HOME!
