Premier Inn Lisburn

I had a terrible experience at Premier Inn Lisburn. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and downright childish, making even the simplest requests feel like a huge inconvenience. I felt like I was bothering them every time I asked a question. To make matters worse, the kitchen was closed most nights, leaving me with zero food options. It’s frustrating when you’re paying for a full service, only to find out basic amenities like food & water are unavailable. However Breakfast was available but no hot food, it was a continental buffet which was also horrible. Went to scoop out cereal but it was stuck together with mould (BOKE).Absolutely not worth the money. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I would love to say the night staff are lovely people fantastic grate bunch of woman Can’t wait to come back Dorm Natasha and Shannon let’s not forget most of all Jane is the best mone about of them all another fantastic lady best people you will ever meet

A difficult one, only paid £37 for the night. We stay in lots of premier inns and generally love the value and comfort. The family room in this one is a little smaller than normal. One of the beds isn’t really a full size bed and would only suit a small child. cleanliness wasn’t the best here, we didn’t enjoy the evening meal in the restaurant, lots of missing items took very long to arrive. Didn’t seem to want to serve us and food very basic. A few discrepancies with the bill ,breakfast was better. as always comfortable bed and a good sleep though quite noisy in the morning lots to do in the surrounding area but not really walkable into the town..

We stay here about 5 to 6 times a year. We know the staff very well. We are always treated like friends. The rooms we stay in are basic but then it is more a budget hotel. The rooms are always clean and the bed is comfortable. The restaurant serves good food and the breakfast cooked to order so fresh and hot.

I had high hopes for a romantic getaway at this hotel for Valentine’s Day, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. From the start, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the front desk staff was unhelpful and barely acknowledged us. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher level of service and comfort. We tried to address our concerns with the management, but they were dismissive and unaccommodating. Our Valentine’s Day was far from special, and we certainly won’t be returning, I rang reception for fresh new sheets (valentines day, if you know, you know) to nobody acknowledging the phones. Food was absolutely appalling and the staff were very rude. I feel that fresh management would sort this problem out. Upper management needs to visit this site prompto!

Where do I start! This has to be the worst functioning hotel ever. Check in took 30 mins due to receptionist going AWOL, eventually a young lady showed up but she had no idea how to check guests in on the system. Moving on! Room was average at best, only good thing I can say was that the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant (if you could call it that) was chaotic. Limited food menu and limited drinks. I had a pint of Harp and it was flat. Seems like the lines need cleaned. For food I got a lasange which seemed like it was straight out of the microwave and swimming in juices. I was left with an empty stomach. I spoke to the duty manager who was a small man with glasses about receiving a refund as I felt I deserved something for the shambles of a meal I was served. His response was that they were having staffing issues and he would offer me a complimentary breakfast. I refused as I was not willing to eat here again and demanded a refund, he refused and then got very cheeky and hostile towards me. I just accepted defeat and left, never again will I be staying in a Premier Inn.
