What more can I say? Best hotel in Expo Lisbon. Very convenient location and close to all attractions. Friendly staff and impeccable room with river view. Will definitely be back

房間設施一般般吧，小冰箱裏麪是空着的，每天送2瓶水；衞生間水龍頭設計有些出乎人們意料之外，略微開大一點就會濺出很多水，

酒店的硬體設備不錯，景觀超讚，房間內的海景躺在床上就能悠閑的欣賞，每天早上還能在餐廳欣賞日出海景，真的是一個裡斯本渡假的好地方，但是客房服務真的很差勁，除了有第一晚提供完整的房內備品，第二天開始什麼都不補充，打電話給客房服務，要求需要2件浴衣，來來回回打了好幾個電話，結果換來一個太多非常友善的服務人員，跑到房間告知，酒店沒有提供浴衣的答覆?真的超級無語，那第一天的浴衣是怎麼來的，別的客人身上的浴衣又是怎麼來的?第三天早上在前台留紙條，要求打掃房間時提供備品補充跟2件浴衣，結果還是什麼都沒有提供，直到第四晚再次打電話給客房服務，才拿到我們需要的浴衣，這個酒店真的很值得入住，地理位置與周邊環境都很好，但是真的希望能加強客房服務的品質，早餐餐廳的服務人員態度都很親切友善，會主動打招呼，熟客都能記得喜好，總之還是蠻值得推薦的

這個酒店已經好幾次入住了，唯獨今年感覺最差。房間沒有牙刷、牙膏，甚至連速溶咖啡、一個小勺子都沒有（雖然不是想喝速溶咖啡），問了前台，説有些房間就是沒有這些東西，有點詫異我選的是酒店的甄選房，為什麼連國內快捷酒店的服務標準都沒有，明年不會再選這家酒店了。 但是，酒店的餐飲部很好，工作人員態度熱情，工作細心，因為連續住了6天，工作人員立馬熟悉客人就餐的習慣和愛好，非常專業！
