Overall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer.

It is a very good hotel, suitable for families, clean, good service.

Nice serviced apartment with good hygiene. Good for its price. But beware that trip.com or the apartment may not send you an email to inform you how to get in. But I’m lucky to be able to contact the owner and ask for access.

I try to call the hotel several times to request for cancel and email them. I want to change the date for next month due to transport problem. But no response from them. It was such a pity, I burn almost 300 EUR and was hoping to have a great stay in Lisbon. If they could reconsider with a little added money, we still want to agree. But because they dont want to respond. It is so sad ☹️

The advertisement of the location on the website is misleading and as someone who has lived for decades in Lisbon I felt tricked.

I don’t recommend to stay, there are nicer hotels and staying  places better than this. Too expensive for these hostel

It has the advantage of being near the airport, but the sound of the plane is loud, but the rest is clean and satisfied.

It was far from tourist attractions, and cleanliness was not maintained.

Besides the slightly broken bathroom door and the blankets that make my legs a bit itchy, the apartment was quite nice with many amenities, quite comfy and quite spacious. The online check-in was easy but the main gate was so difficult to open. It took me 2 minutes to open the door every time, but the kebab shop next to it is nice that they let us enter from there because they have a door directly leading into the building.

Even though I explained the reason why I couldn't stay in this hotel(Portugal Embassy didn't get me the visa on expected date because of continuous delay of work) , they didn't get me a refund or adjust the date. I sent so many emails that can prove my absence, but they just defined me as the no-show client hahahahahaha I understand that some of the accomodation doesn't offer the refund, but it was not my personal issue but the administrative issue in Portugal. But why should i pay 100% of my fee? I wasted over 600$

The best apartment in lisbon portugal.. Looking forward to come back in lisbon and check in in this apartment again. ❤️
