Location, 6 metro stops to central. Metro station is 300m away, close enough. Parking is 12Eur a day, unlimited in and out. Super We booked an executive suite, with is huge. The only complain is the bathroom 1.the designer needs to be fired 2.the tap for bidet, the ass cleaner, is 90 degree pointing downward, in fact is the same tap use for hand washing... Who has an ******* facing outward? 3. The bathtub is high, with a slope, and super slippery, luckily there is a handle, wonder anyone fell and injured in the bathtub. 4. The bathtub comes with a clear glass facing the bed outside, and the curtains is outside.. If you have a sexy partner, that would be a good design, for families... Hmm. 5. The washing basin is took high, wrong product Please fire the bathroom designer.

The location was pretty good if you like walking, which we do. Otherwise, the metro was a short 5-minute walk from the hotel. There were a few restaurants nearby that were pretty good. The lounge was nice and comfortable and we loved their house red wine. Compared to Demark, the prices were cheap! The breakfast buffet had something for every taste. I am vegan and had no problem filling my plate. I would recommend this hotel.

Very good location. There are many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Staff were nice. Breakfast is very good. We are very enjoy the stay.

It i not really a 5 stars hotel, most 4 stars hotels in Lisbon are better

This hotel was great with polite staff and clean rooms with great amenities; bed slippers, tooth brush and paste, a bath tub and robe. The location was pretty good also... great value for money

Hotel VIP Grand Lisboa is located about 4 min walking from the metro station Campo Pequeno, which is the yellow line. It is not far from the airport, about 10 mins by taxi. It is also easy to go to the city center or the airport by metro. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel. You can also find some small restaurants nearby and a food court at Sagres Campo Pequeno. The room is spacious with a bathtub. They provide a bottle of water everyday, but there is no kettle to boil water and they don’t provide coffee or tea bags. For a four star hotel, the numbers of toiletries and towels provided daily are quite inconsistent. There are many parking spaces on the street outside the hotel, but there is no specific place for taxi drop off. The outdoor swimming pool is closed in December. Overall, it is not a bad choice.

The people at the reception are not very polite, but, besides that, everything went great.

Amazing hotel all new, have pool, gym, spa is only for bookable service, there is no free water spa, the breakfast is full of nice things sweet and salty, room are very clean and enough space to have a nice stay.

It was excellent

The room is clean, but not many facilities. The receptionist is very helpful, help us to book the local tour. Overall is good, but no tea pot in room, not able to have hot water to drink.

I booked this hotel mainly because I thought it had an indoor pool. Ctrip stated had one. So was very disappointed. However it is a nice hotel, nice polite, efficient staff. Some nice local restaurants, coffee bars and the metro close by.

Really enjoyed my 2 nights in here. Everything was great, and for the location, I thought the price was really good. Haven't got the time to try the pool, gym or spa. But that is definitely a plus. The room was nice, comfy and quiet. I would stay again and totally recommend.

Very close to the airport and subway station. the room did not have a coffee machine so you have to ask for it
