This is such a cute boutique hotel right where all the key sites are. We loved our stay and the service is just wonderful. Our check in experience was so nice and we were given lots of recommendation on sites to see, transportation and restaurants. We will be back. Our room was beautiful and big.......queen bed with a separate office and nice bathroom.

Lovely space. Started the stay with complimentary cheese and wine. Staff happily assisted with extending our stay when our trip was delayed due to transportation strikes. Comfortable and great location. Walkable to many restaurants and things to do.

The hotel is exactly as shown on the website, the staff were great and really helpful. The room and bathroom was very clean, comfy bed, okay pillows, good shower pressure. Breakfast was good, with nice choices the security was fantastic Be warned, there is a lot of construction in the area, the hotel is a little way off the sights and Uber drop off about 200m from the hotel It would have been 5 stars but I thought the email asking for a tip for a staff member you wanted to recognise, was a little off and unusual

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days and everything about the experience was great. From the welcome drink with cheese to the random, personalised sweet gestures left in our room. Breakfast was awesome! We had a room facing the street with a balcony and there’s a bit of building work next door which may be a slight hinderance for some but we were fine with it. Room was spacious with high ceilings. The whole building had character and every effort has been made to protect the old features. But the one thing that stood out was the service from all the staff, especially João and Vanessa who we bumped into the most. We think Vanessa was learning the job and she gets top marks from us. Ideally situated, there’s a chemist, grocery store and off licence all next to the hotel and bars and restaurants line the streets into the main parts of the city. Santos station just around the corner for a trip to Belém. Well done Cheese and Wine Team.

We visited Lisbon for New Year‘s 2021/22 and stayed at Monte3 apartment by Wine & Cheese. It’s right next to a famous view point so you can see sunrise and sunset on the balcony. The bathroom is very large so a group of 4 girls could get ready for the nights all together. 2 separate bedrooms. Kitchen is equipped with a lot of dishes and a dishwasher. The only thing: one neighbor complained about noise around 10pm when we were only having a glass of wine with the doors closed and were just chatting. So if you’re looking for a place to party, this is not it ;) Overall, amazing apartment, good service for checkin and checkout and definitely recommended!

Booked this hotel following the reviews and watching the owner on you tube saying how fantastic his hotel was. Please don't be fooled as we were, hotel is nothing like in the pictures or in the video, this is not a four star hotel, far from it. Hotel is not clean, thick dust on skirting boards, we were met with stained seating and poor quality furniture in our room. Towels in the bathroom were supposed to be white but were actually grey. Room smelled really musty and the balcony was unusable due to dust from all the building work next door which we were not informed about. We decided to check out and asked to see a Manager but the manager refused to speak with us and has still not contacted us or spoken to us since we left. we were offered an alternative room but we declined as we just did not feel the hotel was up to the standard of a four star hotel in facilities but more importantly cleanliness. The hotel took £255 from us for 2 nights even though we checked out within an hour with no opportunity to speak with a manager, We were left to find somewhere else to stay which i am glad to say we did and the hotel we chose was fantastic with amazing customer service which this hotel just does not have. I have now read reviews of there other properties and the subject of cleaning or lack of it comes up a lot. if in Lisbon chose somewhere else and don't be totally mis sold as we were.

DO NOT STAY IN APARTMENTS!! We booked the apartment as a way to travel as a family. The website lists their apartments and suites as “luxury”. There was NO air conditioning and the apartment had 2 small fans 1 in each bedroom- none for the living room). When we arrived in August, it was 40 degrees celsius. The kitchen appliances are dirty. The blinds are ratty and we could barely open and couldn’t close them. The second night my daughter was in bed and picked up her iPad on the ground and ants started coming out of her keyboard. We then realized the apartment was covered in ants! They were all over the floor in two rooms and even in the bed. We called to complain and were told that there were no available apartments. Then later we were told they found an apartment (4 minutes later). When I said there was no a/c they said their website doesn’t say they have a/c (under amenities it says “a/c”.) To top it all off I was questioned why I didn’t call the night before to complain and they refused to give us any kind of discount or compensation. We left and moved to the hotel next door that has a/c and NO ANTS! Completely unacceptable for a place that listed itself as “luxury”.

We couldn’t have loved this hotel more! Absolutely gorgeous. Just a lovely athletic. Wonderful concierge who was helpful and knowledgeable. Sweet breakfast and the wine and cheese was lovely. Great value. We would stay again! Convenient location.

Not sure how we came across this hotel however couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Location was 10/10 and made exploring Lisbon very easy. Right next to some top attractions like Tram 28, Barrio Alto and some superb fish restaurants. Room, staff & breakfast all great.
