The reception staff were all very friendly and super keen to help! I was super happy that one of them was from Durban, South Africa!! The place is well taken care of and has great amenities! I highly recommend this hostel! It’s close enough to the main attractions.

The building is beautiful and the location is very good. They have a bar downstairs in the garden that is expensive. I wouldn't normally complain about an overpriced bar in a hostel but the hostel actively confiscate all alcohol brought on to the premises. I purchased 5 local ipas to try, I didn't open them but the hostel confiscated them. Seems a bit petty.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! The design and decor are beautiful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dorm was quiet and comfortable, and the common areas were always clean. There’s a spacious lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, a bar, and even a lovely little garden — it’s really an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful solid mansion with big garden. Heritage house. Place is super clean. Room is big too and pretty. Easy access & walk to scenic spots. 5 minutes walk from Anjos metro station.

the location is not bad, not so close to the center but not so far from it, if i like walk around to know the city, that’s the good option… the sheets of bed and pillow is clean, but the other place is not so clean, maybe cause it’s old building…but there’s only two bathroom for one floor… and it’s a little bit inconvenient for the bed, cause there’s no place to hang towels or coats in the room… u also can deposits luggage for free👍🏻…

The hotels service is very nice and staffs very kind. The location is very good for travelers.

Really nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Good all you can eat breakfast for 7 Euros and you can met a lot of people in the common area, daily walking tour or pub crawls.

I loved the place very much. It was a good experience. Good treatment from the reception. They have a wonderful kitchen with all the tools available and free drinks. The hospitality is more than wonderful. They have a good small garden and a special place for food. I really recommend the place.

Very clean, staff was excellent and omg the hot water for showering was the best after a long day of walking around Lisbon.

Great place to stay, very accommodating & helpful staff and had a friendly vibe with other travellers coming together in common area.

At the time of booking, it was not stated that the bathroom and toilet are separate, but in the photos, the bathroom and toilet were inside the room and private, but unfortunately when we got there, the room was without a bathroom and toilet, and unfortunately the building had no elevator and it had to be three floors. We used to go up and down without an elevator. We had to pay extra if we wanted towels or changing sheets. And the worst thing was the breakfast, although we paid 7 euros a day, but unfortunately it was very bad and could not be eaten. Most importantly, I paid 616 euros in October, and in December it was half price, and when I protested, they said that you should complain to the site you smelled, they gave you expensive and higher prices.
