Exton Hotel and Conference Center

Room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff are especially pleasant, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in a convenient location. Hotel is not a luxury hotel but certainly met our needs as a clean place to sleep and convenient to family.

I came up here as recommended for a good location for my class reunion Prior to arriving I called to see if the pool would be open I was advised yes it was the last weekend Tobe opened for the season Upon arriving a sign was posted POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON Another sign was posted excuse us as we renovate The room was clean which I was happy about THE ice machine did not work there are no restaurant facilities unless you include the morning buffet at 6.95 the bar opened at 7pm with a very limited selection and plastic cups On my second cocktail I had to ask for ice in my drink In the event I have to go to Exton again I will not be staying there I understand the rates were low and now I know why

When i pulled up i immediately said No checked in said oh no got to the room said heck no rebooking somewhere else damn you hotwire this is a motel waste of money do not waste your time on this place!

What a dump. Graffiti etched into the elvator doors, filthy rugs in the hallways. Creepy men hanging out in the lobby. The manger, fortunately, understood. My room was clean enough and the the building was an old structure, so not a lot of residual noise, but the pace has seen better days. I had reserved for 2 nights, but fled after one. Good Lord, what a sad downfall...

This hotel is HORRIBLE!! our church used this hotel for an out of town guest pastor. There was first an issue with the lights but the real issue was the bathroom & an overflow of water from the toilet!! They did not offer to move our guest to another room. When we followed up with our guest, he even provided a video!!! The hotel promised to refund 75% of our money, but they have'nt done that yet. We keep getting the run around from the hotel & ***********. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! The men at the front desk were not friendly nor helpful. I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS!!

This place is a dump. The room air conditioner grill was kicked in. Holes in lampshades. Graffiti scratched into elevator walls. Homeless individuals were roaming the halls reportedly being housed there by the county. Broken bath/shower faucets. It is a disgrace to call this a hotel. This place is a S**t Hole. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I was on the top floor and there were thirty construction workers up on the roof. It was incredibly loud. Out by the pool with my daughter it was also incredibly loud with construction noise and filthy. The TV and phone were both out of order. And there were sketchy characters floating around on the main floor that actually made me nervous a couple of times. I don't know how this place has 3+ stars. Don't stay here.

Inexpensive hotel and "conference center" . Checked in and out within 15 minutes because we did not feel safe. The lobby and hallways are dark with an overall smell of curry throughout the hotel and room. The room was dirty with what appeared to be mold along the edge of the bathtub and window ledges. Windows were greasy. Chipped furniture and rust stains in the toilet. There didn't seem to be many guests in the hotel. On a positive note, the desk staff was very polite and accommodating when we checked out. Refunded through *******.

I will keep this short as it will only take you a few seconds to understand my rating if/when you see this property in person. This hotel is an absolute mess. It is literally falling apart. The exterior is completely unkempt. There are birds nesting in the soffit and ceiling of one of the conference rooms. The parking lot is treacherous. The landscaping is overgrown with weeds. The pool is empty and looks as if the area was abandoned years ago. Mismanaged is an understatement. The GM only has his "apologies" when there is a complaint, but there are no resolutions. The place is a dump. There are many other options in the area. Stay away from this place.
