Really nice resort. Staff was great, restaurant was good, nice bar and the villas are perfect. A bit far from the airport but it’s all highway and just 1h by didi. We’ll come back

Nice place clean hotel. Perfect breakfast reasonable price. But can’t swim in the beach Just can have walk around

Everything was fine, calm and relaxing, breakfast is well prepared and assorted, just the cleanliness of outdoor swimming pool shall be improved and some tiles were detached

The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

Excellent service and great Villa. Amenities for everyone. Kids loved the pool and clean beach. Very good breakfast and a very decent burger as pastas available.

I adored the resort layout, the beach was sublime and my villa was heaven. Perfect place for relaxation and chill time. Hotel’s service was good and Ms Zhang was very helpful. Unfortunately not all restaurants were open and the one that was, operated a limited menu. The spa was lovely. The surrounds and lavish villas make this a worthwhile stay though - recommend!

The hotel itself boasts a nice location, grounds were overall well maintained with the exception of the second pool which needed a bit of maintenance. The rooms though spacious were a little dated, aircon leaked. There aren’t any western restaurants around the venue and unfortunately no food was available during our stay because of the epidemic situation. The pools at the villa were clean.

Unfortunately due the current covid restrictions, I was not able to try out any of the amenities as they were all closed. The hotel itself was lovely, the villa was spacious and I was assisted by a friendly receptionist Nancy. As the restaurant was closed, it would have been helpful if the hotel had at least provided alternatives for dining.

這次入住香水灣君瀾度假別墅體驗超棒！別墅設計很棒，居住密度低，空間很大，配備的泳池也每天有人清潔。一進屋就感覺很舒適涼爽。工作人員熱情周到，有求必應。管家小李服務細緻入微，倍感温馨。小童俱樂部每天都有豐富的體驗課程，孩子開心得不得了。酒店專屬海灘也很好，人少乾淨。餐廳更是味道好，又具性價比！老公開玩笑説，衹是比嘉佩樂舊一點，設計感沒那麼強，但絕對是海南很top舒適的酒店了！一家人的假期非常愉快！下次來陵水，還會選擇這裏！

這次我們住了兩個户型，一個是悠瀾居，一個是天瀾居！房間都有自己的獨立泳池，私隱性很強。小朋友玩水都很開心！房間的話，設施設備齊全，應有盡有。出入的話，有電瓶車接到隨叫隨送，包括外賣也是一樣，但是高峯期可能會需要等待。工作人員都很親切，見面都會微笑問候。和家人整體住店體驗非常不錯。下次有機會的話，還會選擇！

酒店除了硬件老舊一些，服務有點跟不上，其他都很好 選擇君瀾就是因為別墅房型，和非常讚的大環境，酒店沙灘很軟海水也清澈，早晚踏浪很舒適 酒店開業時間很早，但翻新沒跟上，房間大門還是鑰匙且特別不好擰，去户外的門衹能從裏面關嚴，外面沒辦法關……很舒服的酒店但小細節做的差強人意 早餐不錯，豐盛且每天有更新菜品 服務……到店加了管家微信但除了我第一天剛到去要電蚊拍，同步還提供了蚊帳之外，沒有任何的互動，退房前後也沒有任何消息 五一期間確實人多，所以電瓶車接送除了退房以外，都不要指望了，特別是我叫了車等十分鐘之後走到前台看到了管家，管家置若未聞 如果要學別的酒店管家式服務，就認真學，不然就別搞這套，還不如沒有，也太水了，這一點我覺得很呵呵

在全國範圍內五一人擠人的黃金週，香水灣君瀾給我打造一個舒適的假期。幾乎定製的私人沙灘，細膩的沙蔚藍的海，熱忱的服務，尤其是早餐廳的幾位服務員，因為考慮我們排隊等位時間長，不厭其煩一次一次的幫忙端食物到另一層的中餐廳，忘記問名字了，短髮 bobo頭的小姐姐，態度非常好。酒店要給她加雞腿啊！説回酒店，整體設計合理，電瓶車幾乎做到0 等待，客房服務隨叫隨到，酒店贈送的旅拍也不錯，早餐也有當地特色美食。給我印象最深的是頭一天入住，廁所的香薰很迷人，酒店特調的，退房時候走的匆忙忘記買了，下次去海南還好考慮選這款

設施：這個酒店真的是寶藏酒店。本來以為很陳舊，但是入住以後真的很驚喜，細節特別好，房間的泳池也大很私密。房間酒店的生態特別好，就像住在森林裏一樣 衞生：很乾凈，進入房間一股精油的味道。泳池也很乾凈 服務：管家小李特別好特別細心，讓我們一家入住得都很舒心。晚上的叫餐服務也很好，海鮮糟粕醋火鍋味道特別好吃
